Do we have a thread for this yet? Anyway, this just in via Reddit.
Looks like we're getting retooled versions of three Ligers. Which... well, if you feel the way I do about Ligers, I'm not exactly jumping out of the window with excitement, but it'll be nice to have a motorized Murasame Liger that isn't a fugly piece of garbage, and at least it's not that stupid NFT game that we were worried would be the big announcement.

Yeah, all of these Ligers use the Masterpiece Zoids Shield Liger as a base, with varying degrees of parts replaced with the Zoid designs. They're being released under a new AZ-01 ~ 03 (Anniversary Zoid, guessing) registration, rather than continuing the MPZ registration. On one hand I'm excited to see MPZ return. They're cool kits, and I'm glad to see a Murasame rerelease. On the other hand, I feel like this Murasame Liger will be even brickier than the old moto. I mean, look at the legs. It is almost as wide from front-to-back as the head is long...
The MPZ kits shot up in price so much, scared to skip these, so will be picking them up. With them likely running alongside Chogokin though, it's going to be an expensive year!
Excited for Liger Zero, as we haven't had a Zero with lights and sounds besides the old Hasbro one.

If we get more than is listed here, I am guessing it will be a Wild Liger followed by a Shieldy rerelease, based on them following the order of the promo image from front to back. With registration numbers like "AZ" though, expecting this to be a very short 1-year line likely without any peripheral variants. Aside from maybe Shieldy. Could see them going OJR with it to differentiate it.

Would love to see this line expand to Command Wolf, and Geno Saurer.
Im a sucker for Blade Ligers but the blades themselves look a little over designed aesthetically. I already have the Masterpiece Shield Liger too; do I get this? I missed out on the Zaber Fang, so I wonder which one of these I should get?

I think TT is focusing on product lines that they can charge a premium - the new Diaclone line ain't cheap at all, and so as the TFormers MP line (both deep with Takara roots). With Zoids, its kinda of niche product from Tomy, and there's not much of a strong lore that is widespread as those previous 2. I haven't followed Zoids Wild, was that ever good compared to the previous anime series in terms of show quality and toyline?
