That looks good. I'm not the biggest fan of the Murasame Liger, but it'll be nice to finally have an offical kit of it that's not, um, fugly.

The kits are 1/72, but due to their longer proportions and bulk they are considerably more robust and larger than the motorized kits. It'll be interesting to see how Zero compares since Zero is already a bit on the small side for Ligers. Oh I see! Kind of the inverse of what HMM did |

I was most excited for this one, I think, but I'm having a hard time with it not having much of a forehead slope. Looks like a capybara. I liked Zero quite a lot more once we saw the color sample, though, so hoping this is the same. It's nice that they included the kanji on the blade in addition to the script, and the rest of the details (and mane) look superb~

Unfortunately, the Blade Liger does not have the lights and sounds gimmick from the Masterpiece Shield Liger. I guess Takara Tomy removed the gimmick in order to reduce costs or something. This kit is 10,000 yen. Masterpiece Shield Liger was 12,000 yen.

The Masterpiece Blade Liger has lighting, it's just missing the sound gimmick. So you'll just have to make your own "Rowr!! Snarl! Grr!!" sounds. |

Honestly, speaker technology has not really improved and has possibly even gotten worse over the years, I'm okay with toys not making sounds

Still no Liger Zero Phoenix yet. I kind of wish that Liger Zero Phoenix was AZ-03 since Fuzors was the third Zoids anime series. Genesis was the 4th.
