It seems there will be re-issue/re-colors but there will also be a line of entirely new designs based on the illustrations and story of the Zoids Concept Art books. Hate to say it (no, not really), but this is exactly what I predicted was going to happen once I saw those books and linked it with the concept of Zoids Rebirth Century... it just took a while to cook.  |

So, no more basic Blue HELIC and Red ZENEBAS plus the Dark ZOIDS from Guylos? Are we expecting custom colors here?
Story-wise , I still like the REPUBLIC vs EMPIRE stand-off, like really direct to the point.!

Actually, take a gander at the new story link. It looks like the Zoids natural power from the planet is on the brink of exhaustion, so the people are looking at new power alternatives and a new Whale Kaiser for space exploration. I havent quite figured out the ramifications of this ZNA thing yet, but it is a drastic new direction for the battle story!!

Exactly; in the story they are sending forces into deep space to find a solution. I think they are going to take Zoids off-world and we may see some rather startling changes to the story and product line. But don't quote me on that.  |
