Being one of eight kids, the only privacy one could have was nestled between headphones--eyes wide shut. I watch about five hours of TV a week and most all of that is the early morning news--the rest of my time is with music.
My music tastes are as diverse as Pheno's, not that he and I have the same tastes, but similar in diversity. I have over 400 records, over 400 tapes and just 300 CDs and 3 Minidiscs Albums. Here is some of the range:
yoko ishida yoko kanno Miami Sound Machine Rush Motley Crue Kenny Loggins Genesis Avril Lavigne Linkin Park Manhatton Transfer Madonna Joan Jett and the Blackhearts Styx John Denver KISS Yes Alabama Poison Ray Charles Enya Bon Jovi Clapton Yes ZZ Top Restless Heart Def Leppard Reba Blondie The Cars Beach Boys and more....

I'm loathe to slightly divert this topic, but does anyone have any reccomendations for doomy music? I'm getting a muse installed and when it (she?) gets here, I'll be writing d00my fiction, and need help in that regard.

Panopticon by Isis might be good for doominess. I like them for when I'm doing really instensive work, because they sort of fade back, but are still really loud (mostly). Hard to describe, I guess, but I love 'em.

While in Japan, I picked up one of Dir En Grey's older albums, Vulgar. Alot of songs I know from the concert. Some of these songs are better live.
Song of the day: Machiavellianism/Dir En Grey.(okay-so I can't spell it right)

There's supposed a new Metallica album out in May. From what I've heard, it's all stuff they wrote while on tour with Godsmack.
Song of the Day:Increase Blue/Dir En Grey/Vulgar

15 more minutes until the codes for Ozzfest tickets can be downloaded. The only band that would make ozzfest any better would be Slayer.

I thought Saix's and Deathy's were rather fitting.
...especially deathy's...
