Aww, poor gecko! If spray paint gets me on the walls... But the iPod Nano analogy is a good one. Sure it's tiny, but thassallot 'o features in such a small critter! And does anyone else find it strange that Gojulas is a Godzillathingy-type, and yet it has no mouth-mounted canon/weapon, besides biting? Kinda odd. GOJULAS NUKE BREATH SHINY START YAY!

My Republican Titan Zoid, Gojulas Zeta, has a nuclear discharge cannon in his mouth, very similar to Godziller's. ;D Well, if I have $50 when he comes out, I might get'm. Or I might wait awhile til they start showing up on ebay. Speaking of which, whatever happened to power mantis???

zilla is an iguana. Godzilla is a Godzillasaurus. You are correct in that godzilla (usa-dubbed 'zilla' in japan) is a mutated iguana, but Gojulas is modeled after Godzilla from Godzilla: King of the Monsters. Pardon my OT, but the Japanese name for Godzilla, Gojira, comes from a combination of gorrila and whale. Ergo, Godzilla is a gorrila whale. As for the new mini-Gojus, I might get the Mariner, as I...love...Mariner.

But a giant gecko zoid would be so cool... big shiny eyes, with some doomy beam weapon or something. And a giant tongue. (I hate spelling tongue! It's too hard!)
(And I had a random thought about a music videos showing a gecko crawling around a bathroom (with lightning speed!) On the ceiling, floor, walls, stalls, everything. Very odd. The music was something by Madonna.) Gorrilla whale? So... ew? I don't like gorrillas. I kinda like whales though, and I love dead (read extinct) whales. Go Basilosaurus!
The should make more obscure paleocritter type zoids. They could actually get some pretty cool pointed cats of of that bunch. Woot, Lycaenops! (Note to self: make thread about this somehow.)
And I am now reminded why I hate Coke.

Snot really ideal in concept or price is it? Still for want of owt else I will be getting both of these. I fear that if we don't support whatever Zoids stuff TT release, then they will think that there is no interest in Zoids at all & whatever small chance there was in them reviving the line in an incarnation more in line with what we all want will be surrendered completely.

Personally, I really have no interest in these guys. They're too small and too expensive for me. Not only that, Gojulas was never my favorite.
I want some brandy new designs, not rehashes of old ones.

The flip side of this idea is that it could backfire, and they might end up thinking we LIKE all this crap they're giving us. I'm voting with my wallet.

Not to mention Kotobukiya's 1/72 kits seems to be doing pretty well.

Well, if the Kotos are okay, then there's hope yet for my Koto Geno, Breaker, Fuhrer, Gairyuki... Although, I get the feeling turnout of the Evos will be pretty good, somehow...

In-universe, Godzilla refers to a Godzillasaurus. The gorilla-whale thing is the etymology IRL..

I knew it!!!! I like Goji and Goji Mary, but I do hope that they come out with some different designes. Probably just redhorn and bloody iron kong, though. Grrrr...*bricks kong for being too popular*
and all I can say to the making more obscure paleo zoids comment is...trilobite and ammonite
