item.rakuten.co.jp/atmart/v14336/Excite says: So yeah. Rechargeable battery, charger coming as a special stand, ZED-02 is pretty much a glorified CP. Also note that this is listed as being for ages 15 and up.

So my question is, $25 for a glorified CP, or $25 for a windup version which would neuters the RC and the justification of the $50 price.

yay. another Gojulas. Be still my ruptured colon. I blame this on all the people that didn't back the Neo-Blox. Because of you, we have to deal with yet another version of TomyTakara's favorite little money-maker.
You got new Tech, TT. Make something new with it.

So my question is, $25 for a glorified CP, or $25 for a windup version which would neuters the RC and the justification of the $50 price. Both it would seem. From what I've heard the Mariner variant is a windup but the Mariner parts go on the batt-opp version too.

I don't care if it's another Gojulas (typed Gorhecks TWICE...) so long as they do something interesting mechanically with it. Neo Blox annoyed me because they had such a nice framework compared to the original Blox, but then went all reused parts and recolors. They could have done some cool things with them.

It has the CP-10 cannons. As Lionel said I have only seen pics and cannot confirm the specs that he has.

are there supposed to be pics on that page? Because I see none. I must say, I'm very disappointed. So, $25 for windup w/ cp-10, and $50 batt op without CP-10? That is, for lack of a better word, quijibo. What are they thinking!!!! GRRRRR!!!! I find myself wanting a minigoji w/ cp-10, but not for $25!!!

Then you HAVE a mini-Goji. Just get the Mk-II for the CP-10....

Ooooh.... speculation! Industry secrets! Well, at least TT is getting some press. Truth is, no info is worth a source losing a privilage (or a job). I can wait for the official ads to run and will make up my mind when I see the product. As a collector of the 1/72 series, I probably won't get one unless it is something truly innovative and of high caliber. As someone who regularly shells out $100 to $250 on a Zoid, $50 isn't really an issue... it all depends on what I'm buying. I shall wait patiently and pick away at my latest custom (when I have time to breathe!)

it definately looks intriguing. It almost has too much detail for its size, making it look kinda busy. While I still despise Gojulas and everything it stands for, I am interested to see where this line goes.
I also must learn to except that If nothing else, a 'new' Gojulas signifies a new Zoids line, and hopefully a new sniper.

The details are there, but what will TT do with the "Evo" motor in the near future? Having a 1/3 scale of the OJR Gojulas doesn't mean from now on all Zoids will be down-sized just to use the new motor.
Perhaps it would be best to think the new motor as a stepping stone for a brand new motor for the third release of Zoids. (I guess I am dreaming too much!)

Hey WIKD or mods. This thread is getting kinda long. Can you start up a new one, just about the ZED-1 Gojulas. My two pennies: looks nice, but I'd have prefered an upgraded Godos rather than a mini Gojulas. C'mon TT - a bit of originality please. I'm also confused as to why ZED-1 says Switch on, but ZED-2 says Wind Up Still, its great to see some news, ANY news come out about Zoids. Ha - I've just realised - they named a Zoid after me ! How cool am I ? ;D zed-0
