Personally I use a Toenail Clippers (purchased for Zoids use only, so no worries about contamination from nasty feet) You guys have anything special for use?

I use sidecutters and an X-Acto blade.watch out with the X-Acto blade though, it`s a surgical grade tool so you CAN cause nasty gashes in your fingers.

I Use a Small set of Side cutter pliers, Toenail Clippers and occasionally a hobby knive. I Sand and buff sprues with a nail buffer that normally takes away the little white mark that gets Leftbehind

i use side cutters to remove them from the sprue and i find that the perfect thing for going in close, and for cutting through the thicker plastic for a custom is a stanley knife.

*sigh* I've said this before and I'll say it again, I highly recommend against using nail clippers. They get dull very quickly and the fact that they're curved means they won't give the proper cutting angles. Either use a set of side cutters and/or an exacto knife, using nail clippers is just silly, welcome to 2004. -Phenotype

Eh, I just use them for getting rid of the main part of larger leftover bits of plastic...any closer trimming I do with an xacto knife. I'd get sidecutter things, but I haven't seen them cheap enough anywhere to bother.
I don't see why xacto knives are more modern, though...I mean, they've had reallysharppointy objects for quite a while too -_o.

I love my testors hobby knife. I'm tempted to pick up a 8 dollar set of different head for 'um, seeing as how I've lost 2 of the standard ones

I've got two Excel knives with replaceable blades. It can be a pain in the ass when blades break and you have no more, but I just picked up a hundred pack of No. 11's, so I should be good for quite a while ;D. I do need to buy some sprue cutters, though, but for the fact that they're so expensive.......

I usually just use an exacto knife and/or scissors. They cut stuff. Which is good.

Ya know what? I agree with Pheno....nail clippers are really dumb....they do get dull easily....that's why I use testors hobby knives....they're pretty cheap too...for about 97 cents a knife.. ;D
