Does anyone know if Sauro Knights comes with the game? I'm having my mom order it from play-asia, and it doesn't say. Does play-asia usually include models with new games?

Saurer Knights does in fact come with the first wave of the game. There's something that comes with the second wave but that's unknown.

just curious, do the Webcomic and/or Generations characters appear in this game? I really want to see how Midori fights, and the answer will decide if I get the game or not.

I dunno what Generations is, but I doubt either would be in the game. It's always just game and TV series characters.

If you've been to ZGO you'd know what Generations is. Generations is the mini novel series based on the Genesis timeline that stars Midori (Liger Blue, and later Seki develops the Liger Blue Souga), Gene (Rez Wolf), Raate (Heavy Rhymos), and Ken (Hound Soldier). There's also, Seki, the mechanic. The whole team is basically a group made up of an average person, a mechanic, an ex-mercenary, and ex-bandit, and I don't know where Ken is from. (Ken is a girl btw... o.O) The Second Wave appears to come with the special edition Blade Liger Card Colisseum evolution card based on the commercials for Zoids Saga DS. Midori's fighting style with Liger Blue is basically just leaping and bouncing the Bio Raptors and doing jack-squat against the Bio Chimera. Gene and the Rez Wolf do most of the fighting. However, after she gets the Souga armor, she does a lot more.

In Generations it's just Liger Blue until Seki creates the Souga Armor. And then we're presented with a full page shot of the new Liger roaring as it says Liger Blue Souga....so dramatic.
Souga means Sword. Liger Blue Souga = Blue Sword Liger
Liger Blue sucks cause it's Metal Zi points are in the claws (also Midori's not too good with it), which aren't really that long. Murasame Liger had to save Midori's butt so many times. (The pilot of the Murasame Liger is unknown btw)

Does Liger Souga have a sword? I thought it was just blue armor.

Ken is the Hound Soldier pilot. There's a art of someone who looks a LOT like Ken wearing a bikini on the beach with Midori, Raate, and Seki, also in swim gear. Unless guys wore bikinis, yeah, I think Ken is a girl.

Souga means Sword. Liger Blue Souga = Blue Sword Liger Did you even look at the picture I posted? Here, take a look: img.photobucket.com/albums/v376/MystickSkye/zoids/souga/symbol.jpgI showed it to Tilly and Momonga and they say the two kanji characters read "Sou-ga" and stand for "Blue fang". The least you could do is acknowledge this and how this might be O.o

And yet in this case it still referring to the Sword.
Go watch Inuyasha the Movie III in Japanese and you'll understand the background behind this MUCH more. Inuyasha has the most use of fangs for swords it's the best example I can draw for the context of the meaning.
It's one of those words that are given a meaning by people like us. For example, "kisama" doesn't neccessarily mean bastard but it does when we see it now because over time it was given that context. Same with Souga, it originally referred to a fang that came out of an animal (like a missing tooth) but now it also refers to a blade.
Here's a better example: Gay means happy and not homosexual yet it does nowadays because we say so.

The ga from Inu-Yasha I'm told means fang too, "Fang of steel" or something. With your third paragraph I can see where you're coming from (given that you've actually given a reason for once instead of your usual "because I say so") but I'm still not entirely swayed.
"Pilot Name: Midori" "Zoid Name: Souga"
Maybe it's just the story being difficult or Tomy screwing up. It still doesn't make sense to put "Souga" stickers on the base zoid though....
