I guess the Geno Breaker is red cause that's just how it evolved...and the Berserk Fury may be along the evolutionary lines of Geno Breaker but I doubt that the Geno Breaker evolves straight into him.

I dout the genobr. even evolves into the fury. True it is compleatly possible but I kind of dout it. The genobr. had multiple vents on it's body all over the place yet the fury only has like 5 on it's tail.

Well, here's what I think.
Anyone who watches the anime knows that the Geno Saurer Raven uses in Guardian Force was given to him by Hiltz, so you've got to figure Ambient has had a hand altering the Saurer's core somehow. Would explain the red trim on the Geno Saurer then. My guess is because Ambient altered the Geno Saurer's core somehow, we ended up with the red Geno Breaker instead of the black Geno Breaker Jet. Of course...this is just a theory my friends and I have.
As for the Fuhrer, I always thought it was built unto itself and didn't evolve from anything. According to the Battle Story, I think. Someone posted scans on a now dead forum from the manga, showing Raven and Shadow standing next to a Fuhrer-like zoid, with it's armor design similar to that of Shadow. I don't know if that was the first form of the Fuhrer, but it's a possibility.

Not completely sure, but I think Ambient helped with the evolution, thats why it was so much faster then Van's and the Breaker is red. And im not sure on the evolving thing, but i've heard it before...

Remember in episode 50, "Attack of the Genobreaker," before Van and Raven fight, Ryese and Hiltz, along with their Organoids, are on that cliff? Then Ryese talks about how it was strange that the Genobreaker was red. I'll provide you with the transcript...
Ryese: Come on. You have something up your sleeve and I want to know about it.
Hiltz: What are you talking about?
Ryese: Why is the Genobreaker red when it should be black? The Genosaurer was originally black, remember? Doesn't it strike you as strange? You must think it's odd, Ambient.
Hiltz: You could be right.
Ryese: I'll admit, it even took me awhile to figure out what was going on. But knowing Raven, I bet he'll go to his grave without ever having relized what was going on.

I remember that, but I wasn't sure what they were talking about. I think Ambient did help shadow with the evolution.... but thats my own thoughts.

I think Ambient did help shadow with the evolution.... but thats my own thoughts. I know it was just your opinion, but that's highly unlikely. After the 'coccoon' formed around the Zoid, then nothing can get in. I know that Van was able to get inside, but that was to save his life. Stryker would have killed Van if not for that. Besides, I don't think there's enough room on the core for 2 Organoids. That may have been so much energy, that the Zoid would have just been destroyed anyway. Even if Ambient did help, then the Genobreaker would be at least half black from Shadow, but it's all red.

Thats true aswell, but hey, never know. And if that did happen, I think it would end up being more like the Jet, cosidering that Shadow would have been more dominant. Also a brainstorm.

I believe it's red because Raven's abilities as a Zoid pilot. He wanted the ultimate destruction machine, and so Shadow put all his effort into creating it. It may be red because of Raven's never ending rage and hatred. You know, customized to Raven's tastes...

Is that sarcasm I smell? But then, if that being the case, is there a series of other red Zoids? Blade Liger and Gunsniper for example. There doesn't seem to be any major diffrences between the red and normal coloured Zoids. Their preformance seems to be exactly identical.

;D well, Leon didn't evolve his liger, he found it. It found him. However you want to look at it. And I don't think they ever really talk about Naomi's zoids origin.
