All 6 of my built ones have working jaws. Not quite sure why yours wouldnt be working, if you put the assembly together correctly, align the jaw peice under it, it works fine?

mine, if I assemble it over and over again, its jaw it either too loose, or too thight. It will walk with motor, but jaw wont budge. Other people I know have this problem too, so it is not just me, either.

Mine work fine too, so I'm not sure what could be wrong.
Mine also have different-sounding motors...my Tomy Liger Zero X is LOUD, but my Hasbro one is quiet...and I'm sure they're built correctly.

Just keep trying. I've had a couple models with jaws that were loose or too tight. Its usually either a head peice is placed wrong or a neck piece is attached to the wrong spot. I dont have that Liger, but I'm sure re-building it until the problems solved will work. Besides, isnt it fun just building the models until you have them perfect?

All 4 of my Liger zero's (including X, Panzer and Schinder) have working jaws. Just make sure the head is assembled properly..thats all the advice I can give you.

Look carefully at the instructions and keep adjusting it. The jaw is a tricky part.

Did you make sure you trimed the edges on the jaw? That could be a problem if you didn't.

mine works just fine. I never had a problem with the jaw. like everybody else is saying, try adjusting it till you get it right, shave off all excess plastic, and make sure that the rest of the head is on correctly.

You sure you put it together right?? I put my Liger's jaw on incorrectly. Just take him apart and trim if nessary. I have two working Liger Zeros, I had to take both of them apart to put the mouth in working order.

I have this same problem. I have taken him apart at least three times to fix it. The jaw works perfectly on my Liger Zero X model. Does anyone know if the Mad Thunder jaw is supposed to move?
