The jaw on my Mad Thunder is so tight that I am afraid to force any movement. Yet the two very large guns on it's back are to loose, I get no luck.

Well, I found the problem, and its not that the thing needs trimming, its that I dont get how that piece that goes through the neck works. I am checking instructions tonight, and reporting tomorow. Maybe the upgraded instructions on the liger zero pheonix could help, if anyone's got pics...

Yup, my liger zero is pretty funny, he WUVs to take dives off my shelf, and yet he still works........ crazy huh? I didn't find it hard, i usually, when i put his head back together from his weekly fall, i hold him side ways and put the jaw in the neck first, then the two head pieces on the side! try that, works for me, WEEKLY! lol ;D

My Liger and Mad Thunder's jaws work. It's not easy since you have to make sure the pully system is aligned right, and I'm beginning to think that some designs wind up with more defective models than they should.
