Got my Rising Liger Panzer this week and actually had time to do the review almost immediately. I'm guessing a lot of folks have really been looking forward to this one and honestly, as much as I always complain about Too Many Ligers Syndrome... I like this one.

The cannons look really disproportionate to me, but I'm still tempted to get it and use the cannons somewhere else

The cannons look really disproportionate to me, but I'm still tempted to get it and use the cannons somewhere else I just don't think they'd look particularly good on anything else as-is because they're molded specifically in a color to match this version of the Rising Liger, plus there's that pre-painted stripe. If we could get them separately in just plain black, I'd buy like ten of them. |

Yeah, having to paint them is the smaller of the two problems (actually not a problem at all), but given how expensive these ZWR kits are, I'm not buying another RLP just for the cannons.

If we could get them separately in just plain black, I'd buy like ten of them. Ah but you can! Not in black, but in dark grey. They were an early purchase bonus for Zoids Wild Infinity Blast for the Switch. They turn up on eBay pretty often. Still pricey, but I got a set for around half what the RLP is going for. Yeah I know ... but still way less than a CP-10, or a Koto buster cannon set. |

Aah, that's how they were released. I either forgot about that or never knew. Still, though, I'm just not paying premium prices for kitbash fodder. Agreed... I was replacing my lost CP-10, which for some stupid reason I only got one of... some sort of temporary insanity I assume. 🤡 |

They had good color taste.. except when they didn't. Same for Techno-Zoids, which happened when I was a kid not ready for zoids yet (But wanted anyway) |
