I'm assuming your link is supposed to be this one? I don't believe so, but it's kind of hard to judge if they're new. The shape of the white platform the Grachiosaurus is on implies that they're pretty far back. At the same time, I don't think they're far enough back for these to be the gashapons either. It'd be rather strange to have a 'halfsize' version before the products even hit the shelves, but I suppose weirder things have happened.

Ah, for pity's sake, why won't quick reply tolerate my bbcode
Anyhow, yes, that's the one, thanks Han! I won't even hazard a guess at how big they actually are, but if they're as detailed as they look from this shot they could be pretty neat. Maybe they're intended as cheaper non-kit versions, not quite gashapons but small enough for a pocket money impulse purchase by the checkout.

Well, I asked at amiami. I tried to be confident with the clerk in order to gget some info. I asked about release date. He told me: Natsu(summer) , probably July... I hope this is not true since I was hopping June, but... We will see.

We already have release dates, though. A large chunk of the kits (Rhinoceros Beetle, Wild Liger, Gilraptor, etc.) will be released in June. Some will be released in July. The anime will start airing in July on MBS/TBS at 6:30 pm every saturday. I suppose the operative question with amiami is "will you be carrying them." It sounds like they will, which'll be good for a lot of people.

Here's a better image of the smaller figures. I can't read the blurry text, looks like Imaging Style Figure at the top, or something like that. It lists July at the bottom and 380 Yen. So perhaps indeed small scale figures being released?

Those are the gashapons, the name confirms it. So, current release dates: June: ZW01 Wild Liger, ZW02 Gilraptor, ZW03 Kabtor, ZW04 Scorpear, ZW05 Gannontoise, ZW06 Gabrigator July: ZW07 Kuwaga, ZW08 Grachiosaurus, Imaging Style Figures (Wild Liger/Gilraptor/Gannontoise) ??: Fang Tiger, Death Rex, whatever Gyoza pilots (maybe that Styracosaurus Zoid from the manga?)

I will need all the time I can get to try and sock away a few dollars to buy one. Spare cash is... sparse.

Looks like there's a new anime preview! The video is only 15 seconds long but it looks like it'll at least be starting with the same storyline as the manga. Which is interesting. The anime would quickly outpace the manga, so I wonder if the two will go in different directions after a certain point?

We have preorders, and a release date - 23rd of June! TT's Zoids Wild PreordersNo sign of them on AmiAmi or HLJ yet. However, it looks like you can order all five of the first wave kits, or just the Wild Liger and Gilraptor, as bundles (no discount though =C), which may work out nicer for shipping?

With the fact that they release on a family member's birthday, I'll have to wait for a cheaper option! Hopefully there is one.
It's such a large lineup for the first month, though! It'll be so exciting. I don't have a lot of time for building kits anymore so being able to build these guys so quickly will be great.
After looking at the manga I'm also thinking Fang Tiger will be a parts swap of the Wild Liger. I haven't checked in detail but it seems to have the same leg design. Which I'm ok with, I don't think it'll be as obvious with them all having skeleton-based frames, and hopefully it translates better than the Masterpiece Zoids.

Thanks for the update and link - my calendar is now marked for the date. I'm just now kind of appreciating a resemblance of the Gil Raptor's skeleton frame to that of a Bio Zoid, while the Liger's looks a bit like a smilodon. The clear pilots are interesting too, I guess better than a cheaply painted one.
Is it just me or are the caps bigger in proportion to the bodies than we're used to? There seems to be more distinction to them too, beyond just the size and coloration
