I know more information will probably come soon, but I need this chance to freak out about this:
It's like so close to being perfect, SO CLOSE. My eyes are at those teeth and claws~

My first ZA is gonna be this. Ho. Lee. Smokes.
That'll look awesome next to the NAR and HMM versions. Should be a lot cheaper than the King of Flex versions too!

I don't expect it to be cheaper than them since you can still get those for around $60 - $100 if you keep an eye out, but it's extremely a lot more accurate to the show than that line, and honestly should be capable of much more variety of poses, according to how much farther they've come in leg technology alone. I was thrilled with the Blade Liger, really looking forward to the mechanics in this! Regardless, the significant improvement on visual accuracy has me sold, even though I can already see whats "wrong" its still so much better x°D

ZA Liger zero was inevitable, but I am happy. Love playing around with these ZA zoids. Now that they have the 3 main character zoids out of the way where to next?

*weeps for my wallet* ZA zoids are awesome- I just got my first one (Geno Breaker) a couple of days ago and they're great! I'm hoping the joints on the ZA's hold up better than HMM joints, but in my opinion, the ZA Geno Breaker is the most anime-accurate by way of proportions and features. Can't wait to see more pics of this guy! *w*

And it's a great balance between anime accuracy and articulation. While the original Tomy Zoids are actually the most accurate down to piping placement and such, the ZA is really dang close and for the minimal amount of accuracy you have to give up it easily makes up for it in features I°3 I've reviewed all the ZA line so far, links are in the review section here. Can't wait to review Liger Zero, and I know I'll have to buy more than one, especially if they make the armor removable which I can't imagine them excluding x°D

This design feels...hmmm
Liger Zero has always been a more simple Zoid design, especially compared to all of the other ZA zoids we have seen thus far.
I hope this is the cheapest ZA we get, because I can't see paying any more than $50 for this.
I wonder if the armor will be removable though? Or if all the armors will recieve their own releases?
One thing is for sure; the lack of protrusions means this might have the best posebility out of all of the Ligers from ZA so far.

The ZA Liger Zero now has its own page on Kotobukiya's site. The Zoid will come with optional Strike Laser Claw pieces. Ordering from Kotobukiya Direct will net you the exclusive blue Leomaster flying stand.

Looks like due to the claw thing they aren't individually posable, but we haven't got that yet with ZA anyway so no loss. Looks like it's been confirmed I need 3 copies of this. I've been waiting 15 years for someone to get the number of teeth right, but bonus, they seem to have got extremely accurate, so will definitely be getting an extra to touch up and see how close to accurate I can get it :°U

Already put in for 3 this morning through Hobby Search since they're my go to I°D But on the posing rod thing, I don't think they ever did them without being directly from Kotobukiya's website? Zaber Fang would be amazing, one of my top hopes is also for Command Wolf. That has also been on of the drastically inaccurate ones and a top favourite of mine. Man, checking those claw pieces, definitely repainting them gold but I love the design. This is a happy camper here. I totally get how you would feel wanting 10 Zaber Fangs... if I had an excuse, I'd buy more than 3 Ligers. But I don't! lol My guess is they will probably not be releasing CAS but entire sets, Liger with armor, so no need to buy extra ligers for that. Can't say I know for certian of course, just my guess.

Yup, you're absolutely right about the posing rods. XP Got my Geno and Blade Liger from Koto so they came with stands; guess that got me thinking it was normally included! The fact that the armor is removable makes me think they'll probably release CAS's, if in addition to full sets. But like you say, can't know for sure! Release date's in May so hopefully there'll be some news about them before then.

If they DO release CAS sets, then that will be both exciting and financially terrifying! But I'd appreciate it regardless! Yeah, I'd love to hear more. I mean, I can't imagine them NOT doing the CAS in some way or another now that they have a Liger Zero. Really hoping, this is the most excited I've been about Zoids in a LONG time, I feel rejuvinated! lol

Now that they have the 3 main character zoids out of the way where to next? I'm curious to see which Zoids they do next as well. I was intrigued that they started with the 3 Genesis ligers since those still haven't received HMM counterparts. I am a little disappointed that they chose to do Liger Zero after Blade Liger and Geno Breaker since we've already gotten those 3 in so many different formats. I'd really like to see some Zoids that are less common, but I understand they're doing these ones now because they know they'll sell well.
