Funny you mention, I just had an Elephander on my team! First one I've seen, and it stormed the enemy base and destroyed it by 7:55, and again in a 2nd battle by 8:24. Guessing it was using the old tactic of spamming melee.
Thanks for the translations! I was wondering about the color scheme. Didn't realize it was an exclusive. Though, I find Container Fever to be far more worth the Zoid Gold these days. Already had close to 1k stored up, so trying to take advantage as much as possible. I feel like Saber is having much more success in the woodland stage.
I absolutely love the color schemes picked out for the Elephander. Very nice selection. Doubt I'll be picking one up, as I just don't need another Commander, but a nice looking Zoid nonetheless.
My last few days on the Marsh were a slaughter. Poor Saber could barely bag a 1/10 win ratio. That seems to have improved on the Forest field, hopefully I don't jinx it! First battle we were winning by a landslide, then got careless and nuked by a Gojulas. One of those painful moments where you kill the Large Zoid but it still destroys the base! That was our bad, though.
Also slowly upgrading my Blade Liger. It has a long ways to go, but since I need 6 or so Memory Banks, I'll go ahead and take it to level 50 as is. I could use a strong hitting Zoid, and I've been wanting to test him out for a while. Just a little afraid to with the levels now! Soon he'll be in fighting condition, sporting the Blade Liger Mirage color scheme!

Couple of days later, still only seen maybe 2 Elephanders. They seem somewhat rare. One of them was trying to storm the base, we kept it under control though and it gave up. I'm glad people are starting to storm the strongholds again though, they are not actually that hard to destroy, similar to the small bases in comparison to how strong the zoids are these days they can be taken down if the entire team puts in an effort. Just getting the team to go for it even when it's obvious we can't win with the kill count is the hard part. I think some want to make sure they get a non dying medal or something. I've had a couple of matches in the past couple of days where our base has been stormed when we were winning with player numbers and it can still be quite the challenge to keep everything under control when all 4 players on the enemy team are charging forward over and over again, particularly when there's Shield Ligers and charged particle cannons involved.
I know how you feel with Saber Tiger, the poor thing, things just aren't like they used to be. It's kinda depressing, Fully upgraded and levelled and still not strong enough at times. The last match I saw a Blade Liger with half health so went for it but still came out second best and I had hit it with everything, it ended up being that first kill for the enemy team thus the beginning of the end for that match. Funny I feel like I can win easier with Zeekdober due to hellbreaker ramming and running away from all conflict.
Thought I might take Blade Liger out for a run and it was a Disaster, I was shocked at how weak it was, Could not get a single kill and the blade attack couldn't even kill the small zoids, but it's only level 22 on the first upgrade. WOnt try that again, but Definitely will take it to the final upgrade and gradually levelled though knowing what they are like when they get there.

Is the PC thing actually out? Has anybody tried it?
Yeah, very few Elephanders around. Indeed, it's quite hard to get people to go for the base. I had a match where me and a Shield Liger were trying, but with the whole team combined on their side, it just didn't work out. I will say though, Shield Ligers have become quite an asset. I'm glad that Blade Liger doesn't have an E-Shield because it would just push it way over the top. These guys have become not only valuable assets, but very brave! Most of the time I get a Shield Liger, it runs out in front of the team to shield us from an approaching swarm, as well as distract the autolock.
Honestly, I've had the same thought about Zeek Dober. I'm surprised just how useful this Zoid is, in spite of being killed relatively easily.
Last few matches have been good, though I still find myself frustrated with how easily I'm run down and killed by Blade Ligers. We had the same two Blade Ligers on the team in two matches, and won both times, against all odds. It's of vital importance to grab that very first kill, then you're often set for the battle.
Recently received the back-mounted red weapon that targets 6 Zoids, with decent range. Though I must confess, I can't imagine people wanting to sacrifice literally any back mounted weapon to target small Zoids. Also received the DSR -- On my new PC game. Darnit. Very good to have for the little Command Wolf, but man, would've loved it for my Saber!
Anyone know how long the Rare Weapon Gacha tickets give you premium? I used one recently and forgot to keep track. Received it for lvl 20 I believe.

I did go and try to download the PC game but it was asking me which mobile device I wanted to download it to and it came up with my phone, looked around couldn't figure out what the heck was going on and gave up.
I've had a wonderful day with shield liger, the long range rifle goes out of the screen and thanks to it I was able to get 4 kills which for a shield liger and these days is amazing. And In another match where we were losing in player numbers we decided to charge the base, the whole team thankfully and I was like the battering ram with the shield, at one point my team were waiting in the bushes for me to run past so they could trail behind whilst I took on all the bullets and it worked! With only 3 minutes on the clock we took out the base and won. I might make a short vid of it, it was crazy in the enemy base, so much activity and animal noises it's funny. The two blade ligers were sent into a panic, I just had to watch out for the mines and blade attacks as even the shield can't stop those. It is certainly a nice feeling not being too scared by blade ligers though, with the shield on, the Blade ligers shoulder mounted blue weapons that are so deadly to players just do nothing. I love how the culture, trends and tactics in the game gradually change over time adjusting to new circumstances, like everyone as a whole is always learning. Not too long ago No one was charging the base ever where as a long time ago it used to happen all the time, now it's coming back as an option again. The losing team just goes all out, makes the game so much more interesting than running hopelessly back and forth on the outskirts hoping to snipe the into a win which very rarely is even possible.
I received an (translated as ) "Omnidirectional missile" that new red weapon that sticks out way to the side, sure it has 13 range, one more above the triple small zoid missiles but it was a great disappointment, even after wasting metal on it getting it to level20 it would require 3 shots to kill the small zoids, usually with shield liger I only need one. I received that back mounted red weapon a while back too when I first got Zeek Dober, I tried it in tutorial and meh, just another small zoid missile pod, rarely do we need to take out more than 3 anyway, in fact hell breaker takes out 2 rows of small zoids better than anything. And yea that precious back mounted position can be filled with something so much more useful indeed.
Congrats on the DSR! Just need a Konig to go with it now ey. I thought all hope of receiving one was lost now the update has come and gone, maybe you'll receive it on your device game too. Will there be any difference between the game you're playing on the pc and the new one that has just come out I wonder?? Better controls maybe? What are your controls for the game anyway? I remember it being so awkward on computer it's like I'd have to come to a stop just to click on a weapon sorta thing.
Can't help you on the rare weapon gacha tickets unfortunately, I'm only still at level 17.

The PC (AndApp) version is still at the preregistration stage for now - the download just counts you as "registering".
Not too much to announce for this update, but there is some good news: the Zoids cap has been raised from 24 to 36, so we don't have to worry about not being able to get one of each Zoid (for now). Meanwhile, the deadline on the Elephander set has been extended to 12/12, the VS map has been changed to Desert, and the Fever has been changed to Metal Fever. Lastly, this week the 10-pack Gacha Container is offering a guaranteed SR weapon, plus an extra of whichever SR weapon you get (for a total of 11 items), but the cost has been bumped up to 2000 Zoid Gold to compensate.

Someone on Twitter pondered if the sale extension is because it didn't do as well as expected, and I have to wonder if that's true. I've seen very few people post about the set, only encountered one in VS mode after hours of gameplay, and encounter very few Elephanders as a whole. The ones I do encounter can be good, but usually if, and only if they're geared up to make suicide runs at the enemies base. Otherwise, even in Saber Tiger, I can run one down and facetank it guaranteed.
Excellent to hear about the Shield Liger! That second upgrade seems to be paying off, and while I know you had some doubts when you upgraded it way back when, with Shield Liger's comeback as a battle Zoid, I think it was an excellent choice. The E-Shield is a great asset to have. I saw the video and it was really great. Especially with the coordination of the team. It can be hard to convince everyone to attack the HQ sometimes.
For the PC game I'm using WASD, but I'm looking forward to using a controller. WASD only allows straight or diagonal lines, so aiming at bases can be annoying. Bluestacks has updated since then, though, so it now works properly without you having to stop to fire. I meant to be much more active in the Container Fever event, but got distracted, so I've still got around 1k Zoid Gold. Almost to a normal container, but I'll wait until the price goes back down. Maybe until the next Zoid update~
Saber has been real hit or miss in the desert arena. Several times I've been responsible for a loss or draw because of one death. It's anxiety enducing for sure. Then again, I've also saved allies from certain death. Today, another Saber who ran back into our base almost dead, being chased by a Blade Liger. I chased and killed the Blade Liger, ensuring our win and saving the Saber. He was so happy to see me, ran around in circles firing his gats and saying thank you. Elephander's E-Shield also kinda sucks, another short time stationary shield from what I've seen.
Got another couple levels, the last 2 were all memory chips x3! I wonder if eventually we get Banks? Maybe? (I'm so sorry for this wall of text-)

So happy they increased the zoid limit, one less thing to worry about. For a second I thought they had also increased the friend list as I had received a request, seems I had lost a friend instead I think I may have seen one or two of the expensive black and red elephander sets since they were introduced. The elephanders I've fought hadn't been easy to take down, guess it depends on how levelled up they are though, if one decides to ram the base though it's time to panic. Oh yes very happy with my shieldy, it's a true war hero in those dire situations of inevitable loss. Currently though I'm trying to finish off some of my zoids 30 wins, I really should have done it back when it was easier but I feel winning is still possible with most zoids using the tactic of base destroying then hiding away with a long range rifle and let the blade ligers do the fighting. Thus why I've been in Genobreaker lately. Getting zoids to level 20 something is no worries just after that the metal requirements are ridiculous but I think 20 something is good enough to survive keeping a low profile on the battle field. I sure hope they start handing out Memory banks, I don't want to spend metal on upgrading a zoid stuck in the memory chip upgrade level when they can go one higher, lightning saix is stuck currently in that situation. Thinking I'd like to upgrade zeek dober too sometime, I got plenty of memory chips but same worry I wont have the memory banks. I'd love to try bluestacks again, even if only for the big screen. that sounds great now the controls are easier, No way I'm gonna start a new game though. Guess I can already just watch the recordings on the big screen, good enough for now. And that saber tiger story is lovely. lol truly warms the heart. One thing I've noticed with recent matches is that there is no need to worry if a player disappears anymore, with such low kill rates having 3 people can almost be seen as an advantage as there's one less who can be killed. As you saw I have won a match with only 3 yet I have also lost a match against a team of 3. So long as the 3 zoids are equipped to take down the bases quickly it's still very possible to win. In another matter, I had a dream about zoids for yesterday. I dreamt that they introduced one on one matches. And I piloted saber tiger against a white Dimetrodon thinking I would win easily and much to my disappointment lost. Apart from that misfortune it seemed pretty cool, if it comes to be here is the evidence I foresaw it.

You're definitely right about lvl 20. I find level 30 to be a good middle ground if you want to make a Zoid a bit more playable. Takes about 10k metal iirc? From level 0. Since I'm just drowning in memory chips, I started upgrading random Zoids. Upgraded Furher and then remembered 'Oh right, he should avoid battle since he's at level 1 now.' It'll definitely be my next, though! Those things are so scary. Once they dedicate to charging a base, it's a nightmare.
Also hoping for some memory banks. To be honest, at this point I'm even hoping for another 3k point Co-op event so I can get what I need to upgrade my Blade Liger! What Zoids do you think you'll take up to final upgrade when the banks do roll around again?
Can't say I feel the same about disconnects. Winning with 3 members is still pretty rare. I've been getting allies quitting almost every single battle lately and it's starting to wear on my morale. Twice in the past couple days its been down to me and one other ally. Most of the time there's just nothing you can do. Even had a Saber AFK until we destroyed the bases, run out and get one kill, then AFK. It was hard to keep the kill cause enemies realized he wasn't paying attention!
A Saber losing to a Dimetrodon would be a sight to behold! Though one on one matches would be amazing. Maybe something like the Valley of Heroes, where it's just a big arena and maybe a couple obstacles. It'd be an awesome point event. Whoever KO's the most Zoids in 1 on 1 combat.

Speaking of level 20 I'm starting Berserk Fuhrer missions now, the poor thing had been ran in one battle then neglected. I was waiting for the triple cpc which I got a while back but forgot. Seems good so far anyway, just equipping with the cpc, long range and a gatling as I found it worked well for Genobreaker. Genobreaker was like a nice cpc Dino practice in build up to Beserf Fuhrer. I took Saber tiger for a run after not in a while and was surprised at the speed! Nice feeling.
When memory banks roll around, well Blade ligers being done for starters as I only need one A memory bank, the Lightning saix for sure as it's half way and Zeek Dober, I would love a super strong Saix and dober. I'm actually impressed the AFK'ing Saber Tiger was able to get that one kill. That can be quite the task these days! I sure hope he picked a nice dark corner to hide away in. So long as there's no one charging the base one could possibly get away with it. But yea always frustrating.
One on one in big arena I do like the sound of. Nooo idea what valley of the heroes is though sorry. Got an explain all link by any chance? But yea one on one would be great for those early Japanese mornings when it takes 15 minutes to match up to a battle. And it would be a rather intimate feeling battle I'd imagine.
Whilst on the subject of Dreams I had one with you in it a while back! I dreamt there was a new zoids anime, and I was at your house as we were to celebrate and watch the premiere, but we were trying to watch it on an old boxy 80's style wood grain vinyl kinda t.v and it wouldn't work. And you were like we probably need to watch it on a better screen. haha, Maybe your mentioning of the electricity situation at your place subconsciously gave me old skool vibes. Anyway let's hope the new zoids Anime comes true! I'm sure you'd have no trouble watching it either.

At least the Fuhrer has options with its CPC. Switching to faster Zoids is always a nice surprise! It's scary giving those older Zoids some love these days. A strong Saix is really something. I've only encountered one that could take a few hits. Also encountered a Saix not long ago with the boost on. It's hard to consider it worthwhile, but that Saix didn't die once. He would speed away so quick the second anything looked in his direction, and he got in quite a few shots on Zoids that weren't paying him any mind. The AFKing Saber was sitting right at the spawn point! He got the kill when a damaged enemy ran by. The Valley of Heroes is where the Saber Tigers fought Van and Irvine. IIRC it's also where Leon stumbled across his Red Blade Liger. Maybe a 1v1 could give tutorial-level containers, since you could expect it to be short. Or maybe just a slightly higher metal count, but no containers. I know what you mean! Spent 31 minutes waiting for a battle this morning. Sitting on a Super container, a purple container, and a blue container. Terrified my last 3hour container slot will get filled by another long timer one! Did get another EX level for the Furher CPC though, which I certainly won't turn down. A new anime would be to die for! Funny enough, we had a giant wood tv in our house for the longest time, one like this. One where you had to turn a knob to change the channel. On the plus side, we're not completely starved of anime with the Blue Souvenir updates. It's really a joy to watch their little clips. The movement is really nice. I sure hope the dream does come true!

Main reason I want saix upgraded is because it's a fun zoid to pilot, I have fond memories of doing those 30 win missions in the wetlands stage. Being able to run away from Blade ligers I know are equipped with land miens would also be a plus. A level 10 Trinity on top of that would be even better, but seeing as we never seem to get her in containers anymore probably too much to hope for, Wonder how Saix's pilot Daisy compares to Trinity. Is Trinity still the fastest?
Ahh of course! Valley of the heroes, I didn't notice it was also referred to in New century, that is interesting. Though seeing as Harry champs mansion is the same as Mcmahons (Moonbay's rich ex) I probably shouldn't be too surprised. Back to the game though, I even think just simply having one on one matches in the same narrow stage where we had the 2 vs 2 matches would work. Each would have to take down the bases still as well as watch out for eachothers whereabouts, dying just contributes to kill count and it's not over too quick etc.
Hey at least you got containers ticking away! I just got my one 8 hour ticking away that I won this morning with The newly exercised Fuhrer. (has been my rostered busy working weekend). A heavily ex'leveled cpc would be devastating! Jealous of any ex levels there.
Haha that tv aint too far off what I saw, Good heavens that looks heavy. It's hurting my back looking at it. Yes thankfully those little blue souvenir clips and Zoids for promotions have been feeding the new zoids anime thirst. I'm waiting for the day he releases a full episode.

Well, you guys should enjoy this week (12/12 ~ 19/12) then... - Current pickup gacha: Female pilots and Destroyer-exclusive SR weapons - Current Fever: Memory Fever (increased chip+bank drop rate) - Current VS map: City - Current Co-op event: Crimson Demon Beast "Crimson Demon Beast" involves defeating a Bloody Death Saurer on the Wetlands map. Hard difficulty consumes 2 BP and only gives you 4 minutes (compared to 1 BP and 8 minutes in Easy), but drops better items - and won't drop any Silver containers. The event also has a chance of dropping a "Special" container that offers the same types of items but only takes 1 hour to unlock. BP recovers at a rate of 1 BP per 20 minutes, but you can buy instant recovery items in the store: 100 Zoid Gold for 5, 360ZG for 20 or 750ZG for 50. Oh, and one more thing... the PC version is out! Anyone who links their smartphone account to the AndApp version before the 10th of January gets 500 free Zoid Gold. (Remember to generate the link code on the smartphone version and input it on the AndApp version, not the other way around, or you'll overwrite your account.) I haven't tried it out yet, but I'll let you know when I do!

The event seems easy enough~ Though I'm surprised they bothered setting up a BP event when it takes so long to open the containers anyway. Who's going to need that? Unless they're paying to open containers. There doesn't seem to be any point based stuff to aim for. I had 4 blue containers lined up before the event, so I suppose it'll be a nice relaxed week!
The cave field would work too~ I'd still love to see a small field without a minimap and places to hide. The cave field would also be harsh on Zoids not equipped to handle small Zoids!
I'll need to grab the PC version as soon as I get back on my desktop! Sounds exciting to test. Can you only link two devices, or can it be any number?

The Gacha container looks good, I would LOVE to receive some ex levels for Iron Fin to give Saber Tiger some more muscle against those Blade Ligers or even extra levels for Trinity who is still on level 1 which is frustrating because I've seen so many Trinity's on level 8,9,10 sorta thing. I did grab a couple of containers, well lets just say I now have a level 10 Rosario and no sight of Iron fin but the mines got a couple of extra levels which could be useful.
Yet to receive any chips or Banks but sure one will come out of the large containers I got ticking away. It's about time they gave us a Bloody Deathy event! It's like they forgot to do it when he was new so we didn't get any practice. Still an awkward large zoid to take down I think, everyone is so confident getting nose scrapingly close to that tail swing but it does hit the occasional player... including me.
As for the PC version I was using it all last night Even tried the x box 360 controller with it and it worked, the weapon buttons order were kinda swapped around though so a little awkward, but at least with the control the movements are directionally smoother, could even use the stamps ok, if there was anything I wasn't sure how to do, use full burst/ activate large zoid etc I can still just grab the mouse and click on the screen to activate. The only problem I personally had was the fact that by pressing down the left analogue stick, (done too easily by accident) it uses a repair kit, not sure if that'e deliberate or not to make us buy more repair kits but I wasted a few that way. They should make it that they can't be used if already full health. Gah Using W A S D on they keyboard which I guess you two already do, For me feels funny, the directions are so obvious left right up down diagaonal it looks obvious one is using a keyboard, on the plus side aiming in a straight line is easier, the amount of times on mobile where i'd be at just too much of an angle and a missile misses a large zoid is too many to count. It is nice being able to play Zoids for on the computer/big screen, however I think I 'll stick to the mobile where I feel more comfortable and can record each match. Just don't get disconnected ! I had a disconnect last night and they took 41LP off me!
I'd say it can be any number of devices Hanyoutai as you'd just be typing in the data code when switching device, however you can only be logged in to one device at a time. When on the mobile and logged in to the computer it said I had been logged in on another device then was logged out/ taken to the title screen.

I was surprised to see the Liger Zero on twitter! Not really surprised that it got added, but didn't even realize maintenance was today. The color schemes are interesting, love the blue one. I wonder if all set Zoids will be black and red?
As far as the adjustments go, mixed feelings. It's... sketchy? Blade Liger gets downgraded the second they add Liger Zero, that has overall higher stats. That's not to say Blade Liger didn't need adjusted, I just wonder if Liger Zero takes the place of OP Destroyer. I'll wait and see how the particle cannons work out. I didn't see their time as an issue, they're pretty strong with being able to shoot through any and all obstacles. Looks like they also finally fixed the HQ missiles, so they aren't as easily exploited. This is good, but it was amusing, haha. Not arguing the change, really glad not to have to worry about strike claw spammers.
Also been saving Zoid Gold for a few updates, so spent a few extra bucks and got the Liger Zero set. 2 Subpilots (Logan and Fearn) and two SR weapons (Shield Gats and Gordos' Guns.) Can't particularly use the SR weapons, but still nice. I was annoyed with how many black banks I got, but turns out I could use them to immediately take Liger Zero up to the final upgrade! Much less complaint now.
I downloaded the PC version, but honestly haven't been bothered to play it much yet. I ran around for one battle, but ultimately prefer playing on my tablet. Just seems easier~
EDIT: Liger Zero (Top upgrade lvl. 2) lvl 29 compared to Saber Tiger 46 (fully upgraded): +108 HP, +203 EN, -23 Attack, -7 DEF, -10 Range. Looks like the Liger Zero will be insanely strong at level 50. Even Blade Liger was still trailing behind my Saber in some fields at lvl 42, before the nerf.
