HMM's as a whole seem entirely too prone to falling apart at the slightest touch, the only HMM I own that I didn't have a problem with is Molga. The tail on HMM Liger Zero though is wonky and the way it connects is very strange. I have the Schneider unit on mine and the face blades tend to fall off.
BIO MEGARAPTOR - holy crap, this Zoid wanted to fall apart if I breathed on it. I lost mine but I recently acquired the Glearm variant and it does not seem nearly as fragile? I agree with another user regarding the Bio Ptera, I don't like the legs, and the armor and claws on the wings fall off easy. I really like the design of all the Bio Zoids, especially Bio Raptor, but I had to glue back a couple pieces of armor and the joints feel really loose. The Kentra and Tricero seem the sturdiest.
Jet Falcon - EWWWWW. Worst design of any kit I've owned. It's blocky, especially the legs, everything about its coloration and design is repulsive. It looks alright fused with Liger Zero and seems to have better practical use while fused than the Phoenix.
Gravity series - like others stated, the gravity Zoids were kind of lame. The motorbike feature on G-Wolf is unique but a little corny. The only one I really dislike the design for is G-Ptera, the colors are awful and it's easily the ugliest ptera Zoid. The G-Saix is ugly bright orange but looks a lot better painted (mine is gold and black)
Blox Zoids in general look unappealing and weird posing, particularly Unenlagia does not like to stand up straight. Chimera Dragon, the only cool part is the Demon's Head head and it's over-sized to the body
The Murasame/Hayate/Mugen are a bit overpriced for the bodies and legs being mostly prebuilt
In another post mentioned the Saberlion and fair warning trying to fit the ball joints of the legs into the paws caused the ankles to break and had to be glued back on.

Hate the whole blox series, and only issue on hmm series I have was the hmm buster tortoise, fitting that shell on took a light tons of glue, 3 hAnds and a ton of patience

I'd have to jump in on the Anti Tortoise statement. My Cannon Tortoise was so poorly fitted together it felt like a bootleg, but I got the official one during the rerelease. I loved the mechanical design of it, but due to the poor quality I decided to let it go during an attempt to clear more room.
Otherwise, I'd have to say the Fire Fox and Red Leostriker (and I'm assuming red Matrix Dragon by proxy.) A lot of these older kits have had certain color parts deteriorate. Broke every single foot on my Firefox using a feather touch to attach it. Also broke the foot on my Red Leostriker. These Zoids are too old to recommend them anymore.
HMM Iron Kong and Irvine Saix for excessively loose parts. What bugs me about the Saix in particular is that there are parts that literally don't attach. They just rest against it and assume the Zoid won't ever be moved. It's a horrible design issue IMO. For the monkeys, why no actual thumb joint, why- it would have been so easy and it's not like they don't have thin parts on HMMs already. HMM Blade Liger for the extremely fragile face pegs.

I haven’t built any of my 3 monkies yet as for the Irvine said I heard it’s legs won’t stay on from the excess armor so I was planning on nodding longer leg pegs

The Irvine suffers from the fact that they couldn't effectively design a CAS around an already fully built Zoid that was never designed with that armor in mind. So there were some hurdles they simply couldn't cross, and it's a lot more than the legs being loose.
* The part on the upper back only sits there because flimsy, constantly loose tubes run to the mouth. It doesn't attach. It rests. This complicates the head movement. * Chest armor slides into place but again, doesn't attach to the kit. * Bars across the back of the legs pop off because the legs rotate more than the armor can compensate. * The red "Floof" on the back of the legs is meant to slide down when Saix stretches the leg, but now there's a part going across their track. This means you run the risk of breaking one of the parts if you try to repose the legs and don't realize what's sticking.
I do like the look of the kit, but you have to pay extra close attention because so many moving parts on the Saix can't move hardly at all anymore due to the physical restrictions of wrapping it up in armor. On a plus side, the Irvine also fixed the warped fins that were present on the Pulse Rifles of many 1st release kits (though I would think later standard Saix releases also fixed this.)

I haven’t built it yet but I plan on it soon once I find a dark grey that will go on the armor much like the box shows

I wouldn't not recommend Whitz Tiger imitate, but was anyone else dissappointed by the fact that all the pics were yellow but he was actually orange? Just did not expect that way back when I bought him

Ah, but Cheese Whitz is a classic, and looks really good when you paint him up!

Ah, but Cheese Whitz is a classic, and looks really good when you paint him up! Gotta agree. the box art was clearly just turned monochrome and then colorized in a gross lemon yellow. I was very happy to find out it was mac n' cheese colored. It goes fantastically with the other colors, especially the bronze parts

Haha Snowflake and Maethius, now I can't get that name out of my head I do like him, (that's why I would not be against recommending him, but was just surprised when I bought him) Oh and on weird names, I can't look at Dark Horn Harry Special and not name him Dark Horn Tacky Special (no I do really like him, but that name stuck, because of all the gold
