Can anyone comment on the quality of the HMM Gojulas and OGRE kits? Are they like most HMM kits, with loose parts or design flaws, or is it more on par with the quality of Death Stinger? I am absolutely in love with OGRE's colors (I am a huge sucker for tan and beige when it comes to military machines) so I am adding this to the top of my wishlist. Sadly, I will have to wait a LOT of years for this one. I will need to have my own place with more space, and a good job. Buying one now would be a poor investment. Given the prices regular HMM Gojulas was going for before they announced the Ogre was coming, i wouldn't say getting one now is a poor investment, if you can. In Europe some regular HMM Gojulas were advertised for as much as €1200 (without shipping), about 4 times what i now spent on the Ogre if you include shipping and taxes. Just going from my own experience, i didn't grab a regular HMM Gojulas when i had the chance and regretted it later on, which is why i jumped on the chance to get a partially built Gojulas from ebay at a reasonable price even though i had the Ogre in pre-order, and hardly ever find the time to actually build =)

Irvine was a battlestory character???!!! Hm i have seen not all episodes of chaotic century but there seems to be this piloting of the gojulas from Irvine in the future and i am on Episode 16.
But what i can say for sure is that my ordinary non HMM Ogre has a White Irvine Pilot .

57 pages?! That's a novella! Yeah, I would be tempted to do panel lining and detailing before even clipping parts from the sprues on that kit. My biggest enemy in making a great model is impatience.

57 pages?! That's a novella! Yeah, I would be tempted to do panel lining and detailing before even clipping parts from the sprues on that kit. My biggest enemy in making a great model is impatience. Also need to see if I can find the suggested colors. But cover to cover it is 57 pages. Wait, 58, 1-2 are a story section. It also come in a 5 boxes, in a box, in a sleeve, in a box. And the box in the sleeve has a carry handle that pokes through the outermost box to carry it. Which you will need because the shipping box is big enough to stash a corpse in. Or a few kids. Total shipping weight was 17 lbs, 2oz. OOH, just found a parts order section in the instruction book, a leaflet A-Z sprues, 2 G, H, K, L, M, N, T. 3 for z. 24 more sprues. Then 2 more listed, not sure if sprues or not. So 59-61 sprues from big to just 1-3 parts on it, 3 pages show the part sprues. And I am so gonna need proper snippers for this. And a table with raised edges, and an exacto knife, and tweezers. Also apparently the 4 barreled shock cannon is actually fired by the Ogre pulling a trigger, it has a grip on it and everything. Or it might be to hold it steady while firing. Now I wish I had a cannon set to mount on on either side. Also technically the missile pods and extra power supply turn a regular Goj into a MK2 limited I would think. Since it needs an Organoid System to be an Ogre.

Gimme 1-3 years and I'll probably have mine built, lol. But as others said, get it now if you can.

The peg on the neck on mine broke, and I didn't even finish putting it together. I emailed Kotobukiya to mail me new parts, but they won't respond.

You need to have someone in Japan that can mail in an order for you, and even then, supplies are limited. You need the little sheet with the sprue list on it that came in the box. That needs to be sent to the person in Japan, who would need to fill it out and ship to Kotobukiya with the postal/etc paid (it's usually about 1000 yen.)
Pretty sure you won't get much assistance if you're overseas (or at least their 800 yen postage flatrate, I'm assuming, is applicable only to Japan.) They also don't take in mail-in requests without the slip.

I couldn't tell you, honestly. I tried through Celga and they weren't able to complete the order, though its been so long I can't remember why. You'd have to just ask around and hope you can find a Japan resident willing to help.
