All right, folks, I have been fielding a lot of questions about my status as a customizer since ZP retired, and I am happy to announce that I have never retired, myself. I have been under a veil of secrecy of sorts, as the customs I have been working on have been private commission pieces and I wanted to make certain that my clients were satisfied with my products before cracking open the hangar doors and letting them scratch their way into the light. I present to you the first of my commissioned works. Some of you in the way-back community may recognize this design. It was a challenge, a pleasure, and a terror to build. And I would do it again! WOLVEREAVER Chassis: Wolverine Power Plant: RPZ-202-KV5 (Royal Power Zoid - Quadruped Class 2 - Konig Variant 5) Primary Mission: Extreme Environment Assault Platform Secondary Mission: Fire Support Crew: 1 (minimum rank requirement: Captain) Statistics Length: 30.2 meters Width: 12 meters Height: 13 meters Mass: 108 tons Performance Land: 350 KPH Sea: 10 Knots Please feel free to drop by Wolvereaver's build page and see more. This is a FULL CAS custom, so there's a bit to see! As always, let me know your opinions for the build and any techniques you feel could improve it! I am always learning as I go, and so I will gladly absorb any criticism I can get! PZ-21 Wolverreaver

Holy hell that is awesome!
I read through those two pages and glad I did because it really gives an insight onto how much work you put into this. The fact this was created off a diagram has me in awe. I so LOVE those mega sized claws and the muzzle armor, and the paint job looks like tough blue metal. Even without the armor at all this thing is cool. Amused at how in the story the core has some of the technical data from Liger zero and yet in reality of the kit itself actually has a liger zero core.
...Also I want to see this thing swim. Good swimmer or not most zoids I imagine would just sink! I give it a pat on the head for that, Maybe it would be the sole survivor of a devastating flood event which knocks zoid shelves over.

Ahh, ever nostalgic! I remember this guy from the art competition here, and it was one of the most amazing fan Zoids I'd seen. It was so exciting to hear that you were working on this and I must say you've really delivered! It certainly upholds the Wolvreaver name and the amount of details and parts that went into building this are very respectable! Excellent work!

I was definitely looking forward to this for awhile so it's so nice to see it finished. You did an AMAZING job.

This is impressive custom zoid!
I liked the retractable claws and how the zoid resemble the real-life animal it was based on.
It has CAS?! Are you going make more armor for it? I have custom (in progress) that I was considering going the CAS route for it, (mostly because I can't make my mind what weapons I want for it.)

Thanks for the kind words, folks! Amused at how in the story the core has some of the technical data from Liger zero and yet in reality of the kit itself actually has a liger zero core. Yeah, that was a happy irony in the end! I'm glad it worked out, though. This build would have been a LOT easier if Kotobukiya made an HMM Konig Wolf! It was really tough building from a schematic, that's for sure. Every time I had to vary from the drawing I received permission first (I'm all about open communication in my commission process). I really want to take a crack at his other design for that contest; Trojan Knight! I was definitely looking forward to this for awhile so it's so nice to see it finished. You did an AMAZING job. I felt the same way when I saw the designs in that contest, but I never imagined I would try to build one! This is impressive custom zoid! I liked the retractable claws and how the zoid resemble the real-life animal it was based on. It has CAS?! Are you going make more armor for it? I have custom (in progress) that I was considering going the CAS route for it, (mostly because I can't make my mind what weapons I want for it.) The retractable claws were one of the big requirements of the build, other details fell under artistic license. The CAS was the other big requirement. I would love to build the Solaris Armor for it, but now that its shipped away I have no way to do it. The owner would have to ship it back to me! At almost $100 USD just to ship a custom domestically, that's a pricey proposition!

You are a true master of the craft. Outstanding work. What is the ratio of scratch built/scavenged parts?

Wow!!
This is amazing! What a excellent custom. So many modified parts, so many details, way beyond the original HMM kit.
I always like to see a Konig Wolf custom, but many of them just end up putting lot of guns on it's back. Your Wolvereaver definitely the kind of Konig Wolf custom I like to see, completely power up without heavily loading stuff on it's back.

You are a true master of the craft. Outstanding work. What is the ratio of scratch built/scavenged parts? Thanks, Illandrasen! The majority of this build was scavenged/modified parts, but about 10% to 15% was built from scratch; mostly styrene card and tubes. SnowflakeThank you! Some things just kind of lined up (the KW parts looked exactly like the sketches in some places!) but others required some real effort to bend into shape. OmegaI loved working with the Konig; I would love to have a kit just to give it the HMM treatment. It would certainly have made my task easier if Kotobukiya would release one!

*Watch your language!* MAN.... *Watch your language!* THIS IS GREAT! damn you really are a custom zoids master... No.. actually can i say a GRANDMASTER?! your commitment to detail really impresses me a lot. Those little parts don't seem to allow for much error on the cutting and trimming to fit. damn you are good.

And you've done it again. I think this ranks up second in the "Holy Hell!" stakes just behind the Eradicator and I'm very envious of whoever is receiving this work of art.
EDIT: I've just been through the build page, this thing is 3 metres long! How the hell do you fit into a room?!

Dang, this design is a blast from the past! The Zoitec vs Zi-Arms contest of 2004. I never would've thought to see the Wolvereaver in actual kit form. I think you did a fantastic job translating Gojulasprime23's artwork into kit form. Looks very menacing!

EDIT: I've just been through the build page, this thing is 3 metres long! How the hell do you fit into a room?! Somehow I think that might be a mistake Judging from the component parts, it's more like 3 feet at most. Still an amazing custom, and definitely looking forward to the completion of Maethius' current project...

Seeing as the head is upcycled from the Konig Wolf I think it's safe to say that they are very close to the same size. As far as I can recall, the Konig is not quite 1' long. So this custom is probably 1' or less.
