And you've done it again. I think this ranks up second in the "Holy Hell!" stakes just behind the Eradicator and I'm very envious of whoever is receiving this work of art. EDIT: I've just been through the build page, this thing is 3 metres long! How the hell do you fit into a room?! OOPS! No, I'll fix that! The largest custom I ever made was Fusillade, and he's just over 1 meter. ^_^ Thank you for the compliment; while this build was tougher to build than Eradicator was, I still find my acrocanthosaurus as my favorite build to date. xiled878Thank you. The fittings were a particular pain in the tail end on this custom! imateriaWell, he drew it! @juno Thanks, it was really scary having to live up to those schematics, I can promise you that. And with GP having to approve every step of the process, it was a nail-biter (at times, literally!) FalcariusYou mean the project I just finished last month and haven't posted, or my CURRENT project? @leon Thank you, sir. I haven't been out of the customizing business so much as out of the getting finished and posting my customs business! The builds I'm working on these days are hugely intricate and I've had to build around some difficult life events. I will have my next one ready to post within a month, and my CURRENT project is going to take a chunk of time!

When I read your original post on zp, believe it or not, this was the creature that popped into my mind. This is a beautiful piece of work, that renders the original perfectly! Your client must be really stoked to see his dream become a reality in every sense. As usual, the fit/ finish, and attention to detail is outstanding. Then of course there's your presentation, which is unmatched. The paintjob looks awesome, too! Really impressed with the cording and CAS (especially those genius magnets . Regardless of price, you had to be scratching your head when you sent to its owner, I'm sure it wasn't easy! Well done!!

Thanks, Blitz! I've really started to get more into threading with different kinds of cords (I've exhausted all local supplies to necklace chains, and now I hunt for them on eBay). I started using magnets with Eradicator's armor, but ever since then they have been great for solving problems, so I always try to keep them in mind. I do wish he would have commissioned the Solaris, though that armor would probably have been as tough to make as the entire original build! It was a hard thing to ship it away... I choked my hard drive with hundreds of pictures of it.

Really amazing work I can't be bothered to be formal about it. I've shown the page to a lot of non-Zoider friends and they've all been nothing short of impressed. It was weird to go back and see the contest thread from over a decade ago after seeing it brought to life. Thanks for creating and sharing. Don't ever stop, please and thank you.

Thank you, Saix; after so much work and worry (and there was ample amounts of both) it is really uplifting to hear that you like it. It makes my day that my work makes other people happy or inspired. I hope my latest custom will do the same... 45 hours into the build now! ^_^

HOLY HELL ON A STICK I'm in love :'D It's been too damn long since I saw a custom of yours. The fact that you haven't lost your touch makes me feel like all is right in this world. The thing that makes this so boss in my opinion is how it really looks like something straight out of the Fuzors era, while still being far better designed than anything from that time. Plus it's a wolverine, who doesn't like wolverines? Nobody, that's who!! (probably) Good job once again!!! The one thing that bothers me is that shouldn't there be some sort of Zi-arms counter part for this guy? Whitz Wolf has Decalto Dragon, Rayse Tiger has Brastle Tiger.... but Wolvereaver has no one!
So are we allowed to know the identity of the commissioner now? o.o
Random; Your picture of Askari in the jungle is my current desktop background (I would use wolvereaver, but for me it has to be something with insects)

Thanks, man! Actually, there WAS a counter designed... I've thought about trying to tackle it, but it would be a beast to put it all together! If I may be so bold as to post the designer's work: Do you recognize him?

No, I believe this is the work of our own community's member, Gojulasprime23~ He drew both this and the wolvereaver images (except for the controls and one other I can't remember?) Although the image was based off of Darth Spectre's original design. I could have all of this wrong, please correct me if I do!
Loved Prime's Zoidy art~ Such lovely line weights~

Yep, guys, it is art from GojulasPrime (actually, he did a Zoids/Transformers cross of Gojulas Giga and Optimus Prime... really incredible! Maybe someday I'll build one?) He's moved on to some really great things, actually, especially for dinosaur lovers!

I'm blown away. I was a member of the team that did the Wolvereaver and this brings back wonderful memories from what feels like a lifetime ago. Bravo Maethius, you nailed it. Truly, the translation from GP's art to the real world appears to be flawless.
