The nose is a bit clunky, but otherwise it looks good to me. Bit confused by the price. 5,800 Yen is a lot more than their Bladey or Shieldy Mk2. Me wants an OER Zabre colour scheme !

Awesome. Koto has done it again. Looks so much better than the customs. The Limited will almost definitely be a Great Saber.
If it carries on like this, between Kotobukiya and Zoid Mag re-releases, this is going to be an expensive year. I'm still waiting for news on the HMM Genosaurer and Blade Liger recolours - and the rumoured Redhorn and Shadowfox kits.
The price is a little expensive. I don't suppose KotoB' would consider making some of the smaller Zoids. I'd like see their version of a Helcat. A pack of them would go nicely with the Saber.

As far as it being more expensive, it looks like it's got quite a bit more parts. But wow. That HEAD. Absolutely MENACING. And a bit more realistic than the original Saber's. And those FANGS. O:
If I have the money once this baby comes out, I might buy it, HMM or no. It's got Shieldy legs, but none of the annoying finny parts.
...Rumored Shadowfox? I don't have a normal one, so an HMM 'Fox WILL BE BOUGHT. A 'Horn... not so much.
And if they make smaller zoids... REV RAPTOR. The poor neglected thing NEEDS it. Imagine it. :'D
Not to say I wouldn't be all over an HMM Helcat.
...Darnit. I've got the Geno recolor to get, too, since I've missed the normal one. >>

edit: I just noticed the back, the area where the on/off switch is normally. That looks a little out of place.

Hopefully no-one at Kotobukiya will decide to snip the teeth like they did with Tomy's kits.
HLJ's apparently still got them in stock.
They're probably trying to stay close to the Tomy design. It might have looked odder if that section wasn't there, especially to people used to seeing it on the original kits. Personally, right now, I've got absolutely NO complaints.

All in all, it's a great design...and I do like it. But that bulbous piece on the nose is very ugly and definitely out of place. And I definitely don't like where Koto is going with their pricing  |

I've got to say...I really don't like the nose/head. It seems completely different from the original Saber. However, if they were to have a LTD Great Zaber, then I would buy it, no questions asked. Black n' red, baby!!!

Man, I want a Geno. It's just way too expensive, though. You'd think that the Saber would use a similar number of parts to the Shield Liger, but apparently not. It's funny...we know more about the colors of this tiger than we do about those of the Shield Liger MKII. XD

Well, if it's a custom.... .... nevermind.  I like that they didn't just slap a few parts onto a SL frame. There are a lot of new features, here! Gotta be painted a darker red, of course.... but some really nice details! Grrrrr-ROWR!!!! Yep, gonna get one of these, too. |

Oh boy, I am almost certainly letting my airbrush at one of those to get the full on OER look. All I need now is a scan of the OER decal sheet to make some water slide transfers....hmmmmm.
