Why would Zed1 be so much more expensive than Zed2?
I just don't understand... maybe it's in the Japanese text... why are these being made? What is special about them? I don't mean to sound dense, I just don't get what they are trying to do.

ZED-1 and ZED-3 have a more sophisticated motor (I believe it has lights and sounds as well). The ZED-2 and ZED-4 have a basic motor.

The Gojulas Mariner might be interesting to have, even at that price. I can see how some people(myself included) would be willing to pay that, to have a mini version of a HTF Limited. And apparently there is high interest in it, as HLJ already has an order stop on it.
I definitely need the Dark Horn though. It's kinda strange how they made the basic motor ZEDs the more desireable versions. I think the Goj Mariner and DH will sell out pretty quick, but I doubt the other two will have many takers.

2 and 4 are windups (I think). 1 and 3 are battery-op. >> No idea about lights or sounds in 1 or 3, though.

Because the normal Gojulas comes with a battop engine and charger...
Still, these things NEED to come unbuilt. -.o;; But they're not....

1 and 3 are electrically powered. From memory their stand doubles as a charger. 2 and 4 are windups and glorified CPs as their parts can be used on 1 and 3 respectively.
Either way, still too expensive.

They are expensive for what they appear aye, but they're very cute & quite detailed so I'll be definitely picking up 1 of all 4.
I do think they made the Horns legs too long tho- rather liek they did with the LB...

So whats the perk of these? Also size? Mini-Zoids with two kinds of motors wind-up and battery-powered for two types: Red/Dark Horn, and Gojulas (+Mariner). And expensive!

The prices on the ZED's were outrageous even back when they were first announced. Now that they are about to be released, the price has gone up even further. I was REALLY wanting the Gojulas Mariner and Dark Horn, even more so after seeing the final product...but at those prices, it's out of the question. I am afraid that TT has shot itself in the foot with the ridiculous overpricing
