Nah, both of them are definately KFM ones. Alot of the parts are of different design/proportions and the body is a lot thinner with no on-off switch and different rump-armour style.
Get your Souga and compare it and you'll see what I mean.
However, it could just be that they are using a KFM one for display and the real item is 1/72.
EDIT - I just checked on pics of a proper KFM Liger Zero and it's not one of those either. That's weird, perhaps the Zero the armour's displayed on is some kind of specially-made poseable 1/72 Liger Zero?

I coulda sworn somewhere I read that there was going to be a KFM souga release.
oh, and I don't think that kotona was a SRDX. For some reason my gut says SRGR. (garage kit)

KFMs have those different feet with added caps and fixed toes, like you noticed...I'm guessing that's a special display model of some sort.

It's just a customized L0 that's had articulation put in the limbs. There is supposed to be a KFM Souga but that's not what this is. Souga refers to the L0 only, not the CAS. -Pheno

It definitly not a KFM. There is a simple way to make the difference between a KFM and a 1/72 Liger : the teeth. This one (which is the same than the photos Pheno was talking about) has 8 teeth on the lower jaw. A KFM has 10 teeth at the same place.

Sweet! I may get this ninja Liger after all. Just keep an eye on HLJ folks. They usually get signs of Limited editions first. ;D

Interesting, I saw a picture of this about a week ago on Zoids Channel but I thought it was a fan custom or something, check it out here (you'll have to scroll down a bit): www.geocities.jp/yurayura0079/tomy008.htmAll I can say is I really hope it's molded in plastic and pre-painted. -Pheno I was wondering when that link as gonna turn up here :p But yeah, I have to say that it DOES look like a nomral Liger Zero Souga despite being posed which whilst isn't possible on a normal zoid model, has happened a lot in other places. Zoid box images come to mind immediately xp Oh and the Kotona figurine? I'm confident it's not a SRDX, the price is far too high for a premade-prepainted PVC (or whatever it is) figurine and the cost suggests to me that it's a garage kit instead. It's roughly the same cost as the "Rease" and "Moonbey" SRGK's I saw in a shop some time ago as well.

i have the weirdest feeling it will be more resin kits to appease the japanese markets want for said official tomy customizing parts, but i do hope it is prepainted plastic, even if i got my hands on a replica resin already

Using babelfish it seems they will be selling them together for 10,500 yen and the armor cas will still be resin and unpainted. It also seems to say that the armor could be purchased separate for 3,200 yen. I could be wrong though since I used a translator program.

I think they are saying that this model is basically the Liger Blue Souga which was previously sold for 3,200 yen, plus the extra parts.
Not that you can purchase the extra parts for 3,200 yen.
