Let me add : the idea was to do a big custom contest, between all the best darthers among the different Zoids forums. So several forums will have their qualifying contest before the end of 2007 (for Zoidfans, it is the Sea Contest), and it is your chance to get to the Grand Finale. I hope we will have plenty of participant.
Zoids Nexus will join the race too, it is the first time we will compete with japaneses.

What should a guy like me(and Lionel, I believe) do? I'm a member at three of these sites. Do I enter once, representing only one site, or can I send in entries for all three?

AHAH, I've been suggesting this ever since I discovered Nexus's ZOIDS ARENA. Pssh, you guys stole my idea. ;D
Anyways, this should be very interesting. I hope for my sake, that this forum allows customs that have been started before this contest to be entered.

You people better put forward a show like you did for the 2007 forum contest! Seriously, I think there was stuff in that that outdid the most recent Zoidscore contest, even if we didn't have as many entries. It was quite fun running it, so I'm looking forward muchly to being involved in this.
People on multiple sites...you can enter for all of them, just one...whatever suits your fancy. If you win multiple times you'll have to pick a single entry to send on, but there's nothing stopping you otherwise.
As for started before the contest - I'm not sure. Current house rules are a definite no, and we'll probably follow at least some of them this round. Sorry about that if so.
Speaking of which: our contest for this will likely be the racing theme suggested a few times in the 2007 contest thread...so zed, you can expect some poking once things are getting better organized.

Not sure on fliers yet...this'll probably be terrestrial critters and hovering critters only, but I might be able to work 'em in.
I'm currently waiting on a few things before typing up the fluff and final rules.

Well, I'm almost finished with my custom for the Philippines contest this week, but I'm not sure if I have another one in me this year... we'll see what happens.

Drat! This means that, if my new custom runs for the Grand Prix, I would be running for Zoids Philippines instead of Pheno's?
