I have a question about the Paint rule...
For example: I'm planning to paint my custom Zoid Red but the Zoid itself is already Red. Am I allowed to enter that Zoid in the contest or I should repaint that Zoid Red again so it can be valid?

Paint, in my opinion, just means made to be coherent - that is, not left whatever colors all the bits stuck together started out as. If your base Zoid is red and you're adding to it, no need to repaint the whole thing red if you can match the color that well.

There's practically no chance of me actually entering, and even less chance of me using the following method, but a search tells me something important has not been brought up.
What if someone were to make a customization in a 3D program, and then have the parts actually printed out with a 3D printer, or any similar don't-need-to-work-with-the-actual-pieces technique? Would that be considered cheating/unfair/evil?

I shouldn't have thought so - after all, many of us scratch build bits, and many of us stick to just using pre-made bits. Last year I ripped bits of a $2 shop plastic aeroplane. It seems to me that mocking up customs in a 3d program then printing them out and painting the bits would be more work than most other ways of realising a vision!
Plus, remember that the core zoid has to be a real, original zoid. There's a skill to making the made bits work with the stock bits...

I re-work on my custom today, after one week of nothing. I don't have the parts I'm needing yet, but there are several things I can do before. Then, I will be ready to finish fast. Today it is creating some parts and painting.

I did some dentistry, and some detail work with gundamn markers where I could. I really hope the temperature outside goes above 0 soon, so the basement will be warm enough for painting.
