Just wondering if anyone else has thought of this...
I just bought my Liger Zero Schneider on clearance from TRU... and as I look at it, it just keeps standing out to me how.. well... how... Orange he is... *shudder* I never inteded to buy the Schneider CP due to its.... Orangeness, instead planning to get Jager and Panzer. However, I couldn't pass up on a $15 LZ kit w/ a $9-15 (not including shipping) CP included for free... so I went for it....
So I guess this is my question:
1) On his scout pod in the back.. it looks like it could hold a full sized little guy... has anyone cusomized it in any way to do so? How would one go about getting a transparent cockpit, or a hinge or something?
2) How would the schneider kit look in Black/blue with silver blades? (Or possibly red, now that I think of it)... I love my Liger Zero X, and the Liger Zero Midnight attack action figure at TRU has always intruiged me... so I'm wondering -- would it be -too- black to paint Schneider black? If I did, should I use flat or glossy? And where should I accent it?
.... Hmmm... I wonder if I could create a nuclear reactor look using neon green, blue, and black....

(edit: Oh, and this is more of a small observation than a complaint.. but I know the Ligers need manes and all, but why the heck is the e-shield generator BEHIND the cockpit? *boggles*)

sounds to meeh like your brain couldron is churning enuff but if i may black ,silver and red sound good or black, blue and silver, too, but i personally wouldn't try blue ,red and black/silver unless i was very sure how to lay those colors out on the model, i see how they use them on gundam and if the thematic color is blue they use red in it sparingly ala red racing stripe down an arm or something, and a red model with blue in it is just clash city,NO NEON GREEN,pls my poor eyes couldn't handle it :Pflat colors in my opinion photograph better than glossy, i am a proponent of ultra flat and satin colors for zoids ;D

My brain always churns.. it's the execution that slams me in the face...
The problem with customizing a CAS is that you have to consider the base elements -- IE White and black with LZ, and Gold and black with LZX.
The reactor neon green came from Dark Horn, whose green is a very nice compliment -- I was thinking of just using neon reactor green for the panel lining (ala Tron 2.0)...
But then there's the white to consider, and I'm back at my original problem... =(

i've changed basic color elements without sacrificing the models integrity(as in rienhart and julian LZ CAS),i have a dark horn as well and they sparingly used the neon green ,the thematic is black and silver, but it is your taste who am i to sway your interest in color, hope it turns out well ;Dps what would beeh nice is a zenevas schnieder satin burgundy and ultra flat lite grey for the schnieder CAS,satin coloniel red and gold for liger zero basic zoid, and the regular armor in ultra flat dark grey, with neo zenevas stickers.... just an idea ;D

try just making the whole amore kit black. Make the blades Silver. I use that combo on a lot of my zoids and it turns out great. ;D ;D
