Hi everyone I'm a newbie here. I have collected Zoids when I was little but I wonder where they are. Recently I have Death Stinger, Rev Rapter and Gun Sniper. It's my first try to modify zoids, I tried mixing up Rev Rapter and Gun SNiper, but I wanna go even further. Rev Rapter now has GS's arms and legs and cannon while GS has the arms and legs of rapter. Too bad they don't sell CPs here that much...

Customizing is more than just slaping parts on a zoid. It involves cutting, fitting and painting different parts to your liking. Look in the customizing forum for some examples. I'm not saying yours have to be THAT good, but it'll give you an idea on what to do.
P.S. CPs sell for roughly $15 after shipping at Leoshop.

Actually, although Takashi is right, what you are saying is a great place to start -- see how things look together in varying configurations. Then, if you see something you like, work to "integrate" them -- cutting, modifying, painting... until you get used to it...
After all, customizing is one part engineering, one part artist, and one part junkyard scraver. =)

Yeah, NEWBIE here too! Paint markers do work very well. Permanent markers work if you need to color tight spaces and cracks. Lego pieces work for rotating gun platforms. Good to know there's lots of newbies to talk too!! ;D ~dBison16~

Legos work for a lot of things - hinges, swivils, details, hoses, interchangable parts...
