This is the motor box for the r/c horse zoid project I am doing right now. I still have to add a top which will hold the reciever and the battery pack the picture shows the two servos. Now to complete the motor box all it needs is the top which I am cutting now, I have to cut out the round pieces and mount them on the front servos, and in the bak and then I will connect the servo circles to the back so all four spin. p.s.- the circles I am talking about I are the always black parts on the motor of battery powered zoids that spin and have the peg on them which usually goes in the middle of the leg. the first 2 pics are of the box itself and the last one shows how it will work. img32.photobucket.com/albums/v97/swoosh/motor1.jpgimg32.photobucket.com/albums/v97/swoosh/motor2.jpgwww.pixagogo.com/Photos/Albums/Photo.aspx?id=S4sjv5Za!OzAnS2oGfScNsEMlr-TYAkcBIRHxztMWHeV5GbEhWS7SPFQ__

I always admire a person who's willing to customize the Zoid motor as well as the Zoid body. It's something that isn't done very often. It looks like you have a good handle on it. But I'm wondering, Kingg, what is that on either side of the motor? Foamcore? It doesn't look very durable and may break down under pressure. Just a thought.

everything is .125" styrene and two servos and screws. Its gonna take forever because I have to scratch build the legs and head but im hoping it will be awesome when im done. Im leaving for virginia and im gonna live with my grandma for awile and I wanna get the motor box done at least before I leave.
p.s - if anyone doesnt know use the styrene glue for styrene its workable in literally 10 seconds. Its not completely dry but it stays. I also had an idea being that he is a horse n all to make his mane move like dimetredons spine in a wave like motion. but first I have to make hime work then comes the details.
