They are the exact same game, BUT VS II is in Japanese and BL is in English.

but that topic isnt the mission i need i need help with the dark spiner rev rapter level

that one's easy. i suggest a dark horn with at least two uberpowerful weapons to unload on dark spiner, and when it gets too close, use the seemingly-useless sulfuric acid gun (and your physical) then unload your weaker weapons on the revraptors. use hella missiles to destroy the cannon thingies from a distance.

what weapons woul u suggest

well i've gotten it done with one beam gatling, one of the horn's regular weapons in the center, the booster, and some missile pods.. but if you feel the need, break out the beam launcher too. it's heavy but it might be worth it. just make sure you have the hi con sul acid gun on its chin for close-up damage. ^_^
