I bought a Mad Catz Memory Cube 59 for my Zoids Versus III.
My problem is it doesn't save. But when I look at the card it'self on my cube's memory card screen it has a Zoids Versus 3 save file
I don't know whats wrong.. do I need a nintendo Memory card or something. The freeloader manual says that Japanese Game save files may corrupt american game save files.. is this true. with Zoids Versus III ?
Thanks

I've had no trouble with my memory card really. I did have to reformat it to be able to take Japanese saves though. Though for some reason SSBM saved to that same card no problem afterwards.
Anyway, what I did was shift all my game saves from an old 59 block card and move them to the AR memory card (as AR is only a few dollars more than Freeloader and comes with Freeloader anyway) and then reformat the card and voila, done.

I beleive that may be the same memory card I had. I cant tell you how to fix it, but I had that problem with my Zoids Battle Legends game. I had to take the card back and get a refund then buy the more expensive one. (It was like $20-$30).
Hopefully you can fix this without having to return it, but I couldnt get it to work for anything.

I use a nintendo card and have JPN data and US data on it and it works fine. I suggest sticking with nintendo. If your straped for cash then you should just get a used nintendo memory card for about $15.

I think it says 10 blocks, but I could be wrong. I can't check my card right now.

I use a nintendo card and have JPN data and US data on it and it works fine. That's the weird thing, it demanded I reformat my card for VS III but later on I discovered that after having done so, it can accept even PAL save games. So it's a bit odd to ask that I reformat it to accept Japanese saves.

That is weird. Maybe the action replay freeloader did something.

It just asked me to reformat when I first started the game and it detected the memory card.
