Currently there isn't one, I think there is one on schedule for release...? (was that full metal crash?)
Anyway, you definately will not find one in english currently. There's only 2 English games, Legacy for GBA and Battle Legends for GC.

The only systems that have modern Zoids games are the PSX, PS2, GC, GBA and if you're that way inclined, the Gameboy Colour too. The XBox won't be getting a Zoids game either to my knowledge but there is most definitely a game slated for the XBox 360. There is also a game slated for the DS as well which will most likley be in the vein of the Saga series whilst the XBox game will most likely be a mech-sim/third person shooter.
To my knowledge, there isn't a Zoids game scheduled to be released on a PSP but that may change in the future.
Oh, and Zoids Full Metal Crash is for the Gamecube I'm told.

Yep - FMC is Gamecube only at this stage.
It looks to be the same engine as Struggle, which used Renderware. Renderware is cross-platform middleware developed by Criterion and using some of the same technology as the Burnout games.
Given that multi-platform development is much easier with Renderware, I'm really hoping that Tomy decides to release FMC on PS2 as well, but I suspect that they won't, for the same reason that I expect FMC will be considerably better than Struggle - The Gamecube is technologically superior to the PS2, and FMC will hopefully fully exploit the GC's advantages!
There are three PSOne Zoids games - Two tactical games and the Battle Card Game game. I really like the BCG game, although the language barrier is set pretty high - there is a lot of kanji that I just plain can't work out!

Will FMC be translated like the Zoids VS was translated to Battle Legends? (At least, that's what I believe happened from what I've read, though correct me if I'm wrong.)

it's doubtful unless the anime hits the US and does well.
