Couldn't find any info on this. Is their a Zoids that is coming to America on PS2?

Most likley not. There aren't that many PS2 Zoids games to begin with compared to say, Gamecube Zoids games and of the Cube games, only one's been translated.

i recently got back from the land of the rising sun(japan) and i found a zoid game for ps2 there but dident buy it because i wasent sure if it would work on an Aussie ps2

Hell no. Region encoding remember? Japan runs on NTSC and Australia runs on PAL.
The three PS2 Zoids games I know of are: Zoids Struggle Zoids Infinity Fuzors Zoids Tactics
Limited zoids are Miniature Blade Liger Mirage (Ka-Da-Oh?), Infinity Leo and Shield Liger Blox respectively.

That's right, I knew it wasn't KaDaOh but I thought it was similar style. Not really sure on that but I'm sure it's metal. I don't know much about the Tomica Ligers.
