I'm not sure which level. you need to find the entrance to a base, playing as the empire, working with Zan in a sheild liger. I've gotten as far as beating pteramander, and zan is dead. I can't move on as there is a metal wall as high as i can see. HELP!!!!  |

You don't have to fight any of the Zoids. Have you noticed on your radar that you sometimes see enemy Zoids inside the rocky walls? Those are actually camoflaged passages that you can also use. When you get into the clearing with the Salamander, look on your radar at the piece of mountain jutting out on the left. Now run into it. Use the arrow in the upper left of the screen to guide you.
