The only way would be to learn Japanese and write everything down. There's no way normal people like us can change all the text in the game into English.

Before you go off and learn a new language, you need to use a Japanese GC to play it, because the storyline and text descriptions of weapons is in garbled text when played with an emulator.

Do you mean get the game in English or do you just want us to translate the options and titles to English for you on here?

The VS games have a lot of English already as far as menus go. If you've played Battle Legends, it's pretty self-explanatory.
And the game doesn't exist in English and likely never will, officially, anyway.
