Zoids Arcade part 1 : Crash 'n' Burn Deluxe

Zoids Arcade is my latest creation, it's a collection of minigames that I intend to add to over the coming months. The first installment is Crash 'n' Burn Deluxe, a vastly expanded version of the Crash 'n' Burn minigame from my Zoids Revolutions.

Download the Zip file and create a folder on your desktop. Extract the files contained in the Zip into this new folder and send a shortcut of 'Zoids Arcade.exe' (the one with a Z as the icon) to the desktop (but leave the original file where it is, all files need to be in the same place or the game won't work!).
I'm doing it this way so that any further minigames I make can just be downloaded into this folder and they'll all work through the main Zoids Arcade game like an expantion pack.

Controls are fairly simple; up is accelerate, down is brake/reverse, left is left, right is right, space is fire. If you have the gun you can aim with the mouse and click to fire or just press space to shoot in the direction you're going. The objective is to be the last Zoid standing!

Erm... why not host them in a Yahoo file manager? I mean, sure, Geocities sucks, but at least there's no hassle with odd things like other sites use.

I never really like this minigame in Zoids Revolutions.. It always seemed that as soon as it started, all of the Gustavs targetted me.. Then I would get trapped inbetween them all.. Rinse, and repeat. Hopefully I'll like this more.

its kind of hard to control and they do seem to come after me right at the get-go.

I guess I should have said this in my first post, but the rear of the Gustavs is a soft spot. Always try and hit your opponents there, you'll give hurt them more and take less damage yourself.

You know? I feel like a real *Watch your language!* for asking this, but how the heck do you play it? Everytime i click on the Crash and Burn game a legion of gustavs kill each other, then it makes a sound effect and they start again *-* without me ever having anything to do with it D:

Help me please... ;-;

Also, once this cycle starts, it won't let me exit it in any way other than pressing CTRL-Alt-DEL and ending the task directly o-O

You need to either select 'Arcade' or Original' in the top left of the screen.

Yeah, i figured that out soon after posting.
But i still have to exit it that way, and it's so freaking HARD!
Though, Glidoler GP is harder...

The only way I can beat this game is to stay at the outside of the level, picking up power ups and letting the other Gustavs to their thing.. Then I move in when like 3 are left and smoking really bad.
