Only if you're comfortable with the japanese text. If you played the other Zoids Saga games and enjoyed them, then go get one from ebay.

Should I buy zoids saga ds?............oh and where can i buy it yup... It's cool just to watch the zoids make their attacks hrrmmm, I bought mine from tokyo so can't help ya there, lol all the text is in japanese so making your way through the maze of menu's can be very hard but you'll get there.... I sat down once with a chick who could speak japanese and she spoke he through it......... this game is more like final fantasy style fighting but there are only 3 attacks..... It is alot like playing scissors, paper , rock.... but you get to power up certain charges by movin the curser fast etc... either way I like it as the further you go the more zoids and characters you obtain

Vig's actually talking about Zoids Battle Colosseum.
Saga DS *might* be worth buying if you really loved Zoids Legacy on the GBA and you really want to play more. If you haven't played Zoids Legacy and you're not comfortable with japanese, get Legacy first.
NCSX has the game too, but not as cheap as the place Templar linked.
