ReMember, always keep backups -_o.
- No group fics. These seem to be getting to be a problem. Pheno said I could delete them, so I'll delete or close them from now on. If you want to do a group project with a few people, there's always e-mail.
- No “Send Characters Now” fics or threads. These also are a problem. In order to prevent strife, these should be limited to sending characters by PM to the authour only. Anything else and they will be closed or deleted.
- Use spell check. It's not foolproof and it won't tell you if you have the incorrect word, but it helps. If you don't have one on your computer, look for an online one on google.
- New paragraph when new person is speaking. This was drilled into my head in English, but apparently isn't any more. Big blocks of text are confusing.
- Use decent grammar and punctuation. Yes, nobody's perfect. But at least try. If you don't know where to use, read it out loud. Periods are long pauses, commas short ones. For something in between, there's always "...".
- Describe things. One thing I see a lot is no detail/description of people or what's going on. ReMember...you know what your OCs are like. No one else does. Describe them a bit, show their personailty. Not just clothes...how do they act? Any nervous habits? Same thing with fight scenes and everything else. The more description (to a point), the more readers can feel like they're seeing the story too.

If there's something you think needs adding, PM me.
