AN: This is highly unrelated to the Anime, manga, or any other zoid-continuity. Just my own personal take upon the zoid's universe, and is in no regards related to any existing storyline. I also do not claim to own zoid's, or the planet Zi, such trademarks belong to tomy and hasbro, and I in no way own them. I also would like to take this time to apologize for it's minimal length at the moment, it's been awhile. With out further adue, I present to you, Zoids, a history:
Prologue:
The all existence shook. Space shook, everything took a sickening lurch, and in what seemed like seconds, the system began. The blue-green planet began to orbit the sun, and two moons soon joined the continual dance of space and time. The planet’s population began as a large tree. The tree’s branches were a bright yellow, with a sunny-golden hue. The light from the new sun allowed for the tree to plant its’ seeds of life, trees began to sprout a new all over the huge land mass, creating a beauteous display of vibrant beginnings. The tree had another, an equal, one that represented the non-fauna, the real inhabitants of this planet. This creature was dubbed “Zoid”. Little did this planet know, that this small spherical core would one day bring this planet to its knees.
Chapter I:
In the beginning, there was one, this one was that known as life, and it was seen to be eternal. Nothing had proved that wrong. Not until the day Zoid emerged from the water. Zoid had grown six long legs that clicked and clacked as it walked. Zoid stepped upon the first flower among its first steps. That was when death began. From then on, life and death clashed, fighting for their own followers.
Zoid began to look about the planet, and Zoid began to learn. Soon Zoid was making its’ own cores, creating more Zoids. Zoid reigned supreme among them, for every Zoid he made, they made four more. It was a time of bliss for Zoid and his tribe.
Smaller Zoids with smaller, more complex Cores began to grow, some Zoids created them using these super cores, implanting them into the Natural creatures of the planet. These often took a lizard like shape, and along with their creation, the simians began to grow. Their hair decreased, they began to walk on two legs.
Zoid thought this wonderful, more people to meet, some Zoids, however found this displeasing. No matter, the haters were left to hate, and the friends were off to befriend. The time of prosperity continued, but groups of Zoids began to become more distant, the tight-nit tribal customs began to be forgotten, and Zoid was regarded as foolish creature. The light was losing it’s grip.
