Not long after I first created my account here I created a Zoid to go along with my user name. I can't reMember if I ever posted it here, but I never got round to turning it into a signature as I had originally intended. Recently I decided to re-do the design and this is what came out of it: Shadow Liger |

Two Shadow Ligers now (that I know of)! Though yours is more unique than mine. My Shadow Liger looks simply like a black Zero. I like the light blue fin pieces and the body looks pretty flexible. Very nice!

Thanks I've had a look at the pictures you uploaded on dA. From what I can see it appears to be a Black Liger Zero with legs that are partially LZ and partially Shieldy? The pose I have in mind for the picture, I'll only need to draw the head and shoulders of both Zoids. Although, if you have any closer, more detailed drawings of the back pack that'd help  |

The legs are indeed half Zero half Shieldy. I based the back pack part off of the Koto Shield Liger and added glowy bits, but I'll post some better pics of it for you. |

Brightcat, given the lightining bolt and bright yellow detialings, i;d go for an anchient god of lightening. Thor liger or Zeus ligar would be very aproprate
Given SL ment it to be a signature zoid, i might htink it;s somewhat unorigional but argue with it i wont, although i;d call it something like Orgra ligar due ot it;s dynamic, organicly inspired shape

Hmmm.... A name based of a god of lightning is very fitting since my Liger has a temporary evolution that utilizes electrical attacks (Shine Liger). I think I'll rename my Shadow Liger, Hadeus (pronounced Hade us) Liger; a combination of Hades and Zeus. Hades because of it's dark coloring and Zeus because of all that lightning and yellow stuff. I'm in two minds about that name! Sometimes I think it's a great name and then others I think it sounds too much like Ogre... I've got to admit though, when I looked at the finished pic, I didn't think Shadow Liger sat well. I didn't really put too much thought into my user name when I joined y'see. I'll keep thinking about it and see if I can come up with anything else. Any other suggestions you might have are also gratefully received Oh, and I'm still going ahead with the Shadow Liger BC vs Shadow Liger SL pic ;D I've already sketched and inked the Shadow Liger BC for it and it seems a waste not to finish it now  |
