Not sure if this falls under the same rules as requesting entire episodes, but I recall seeing a clip thread somewhere on the boards before.
Anyhow, could anyone get me a good quality, full size (screen size) clip of the battle where Mach Storm fights the Killer Spiner? I don't remember much about it, cept that König Wolf used it's missiles and I recall Liger Zero getting clamped by the throat. I'm pretty sure this got taken out of the english version so I've been searching for a good clip of the whole battle.
Any help would be appreciated.

The best I could do is clip the from-TV file I have, as I don't have a proper DVD copy yet. And that's gonna be big at 640x480 D:. *flails at dialup*
Also, it wasn't cut from the English version - it was rendered later and added in, hence the much better run cycles and animation as a whole.

What episode was it in for the english version? If possible I could probably download the file. I'm looking for something pretty big screen wise. If it'd just be a hassle though, that's alright.

If you want any bigger, bug the Fuzors people for HD-DVD, 'cause that's as big as old-school standard stuff is gettin' D:.
That bit is only in the Japanese broadcast (and I would assume DVD) of episode 2. I'll poke to see how long it is, if you'd like.
What I'd really like to get ahold of myself (while we're at clips) is the version of the credits with Sweet on them. That seems to have been broadcast US (and Aussie?) versions of episode 1 only, and it sure isn't on the Aussie DVDs...

Sure, that'd be great. Any idea where to get ahold of the japanese DVDs then?
Maybe try video upload sites like youtube for the sweet theme, except... not youtube after it's mass carnage of zoids. Or, if I can get ahold of a video card (whatever it is that lets you upload stuff from TV) I could get it for ya. I recorded the first few episodes of fuzors when they first aired here in the US and I'm pretty sure I have it on VHS.
What do you use for getting the clips and stuff off of the TV (and does it work well)?

Youtube quality is an oxymoron D:. What I have for ripping from VHS doesn't work very well, alas...I'm not quite sure what WOULD work well.
And man, I forgot about the Spiner clip. You still after it? I'm not sure how well I could upload it now, mind, but I could see what size it ends up.

The best way to get something from VHS is to transfer it to DVD. There are machines that do it with one touch. Then you can transfer it to computer.
Tilly are you from Australia?

I don't have the equipment to do that either and would rather not pay for it...
And nope, I'm from Wisconsin. But I imported some of the DVDs :D.
