In the thread about the unknown Wild Boar type Zoid shown in NC/0 I said it was probably the only Zoid featured in the Anime that doesn't have a model kit. Well, I was watching Chaotic Century on tape today and in episode 16 - New Helic City, underneath the Iceburg there's a large Shark type Zoid. It would be too large for a model kit, but they could have made it into a DX carrier Zoid like Whale King. -Phenotype

Just a guess... but was it a Hammer Kaiser? It looks like a big Hammerhead. The only difference though that I saw was that the Kaiser carried zoids and had less articulation.
If it didn't look like a Hammerhead... then I have no idea ;D

I allways put it doen to being an early design for what would eventyually become the Whale King. Rick R.

No it definitely wasn't Hammerhead, it wasn't even a Hammerhead type of shark. It was blue and it was an Imperial Zoid. -Phenotype

I'd say just a sub, if they have cars, and bases and junk, maybe that 1 wasn't a zoid at all. Counter to this is that everything is made for zoids and they are widely used, but then again.

It's a shark though, so I don't think it's *just* a sub. The point of this thread wasn't to try and figure out what it is, just to point out that there's another Zoid featured in the Anime that doesn't have a model kit counterpart. -Phenotype

Or nothing like any previous zoid? Anyway, I believe you've stumbled unto something new... I've never seen any report of this zoid (I had with the ugly boars).

Did it look like that shark like thing in the background of the Geno Saurer box art?

I don't have a screenie avalible, but I'll say this much now. It wasn't the ship seen on the Genosaur's box (That's a model that was used in the OJR line for a few catalouge pics!) not was it an oversized Wardick.
It had a broad, flat body and fins... I remember that much.

There's that weird turtle carrier in the Gojulas Mariner one.
