That really sucks. I guess it just depends on who's managing. I once went to KB's in Fort Myers, FLA and they actually had an opened Zabat on the rack with the others. A Zabat?! Zabat is a ToysRUs exclusive! And it had been opened, yet someone allowed it to be exchanged. And if that's not absurd enough, they put a $30 price sticker on it. Dumb, dumb, dumb. But getting back to your question, Zudo, I would try exchanging it somewhere else for credit or exchange like TRU. they may not carry it anymore, but's probably still in their systems. At my local TRU here in Savannah,GA there's a Guysac (oops... Guzak) on the shelf with a partially torn KB's s price sticker. How this went unnoticed, I don't know. But it does happen. So try TRU first. I'd say contacting Hasbro would be a list resort; they seem to work slow.

It is pretty much impossible to return items bought at clearance prices. That is usually why they have big signs saying "Clearance Sale, no returns or refunds"
I would suggest sending an email to Hasbro's customer service and inform them of the damged kit. But as it was bought on clearance, you probably wont get much response.
