I would like to get an extra zoid (either a konig wolf, command wolf, or leoblaze) and paint it. Is it alright to use spray paint? I would like to use metallic spray paint or something.

Whats testor spray paint? It's a brand of paint used on airplane/military/auto/zoids (in the cases of most people on this site) model kits. Most Zoid Customizers use spray paint, and hand paint for small details.

So it's better of the brands. (The testor spray paint) What would be a good color scheme if I get a Leoblaze? In my opinion, a neutral color (black and/or white) would be good, but that'd be playing on the safe side, since they work for everything. Besides, a white Leoblaze comes with DA Lizards. It all depends on you.

Any Color you want, for Colors you would most preferablly want Black, Black would be a flat Color used for the frame that everything is built upon. then you want a base Color where the majority of the look comes from, finally a second color that is used to accent the Base Color, either verymuch lighter or darker then the base Color, then there is an optional color used to accent unique parts like Spikes, Borders, Teeth Claws, mostly Chrome and used to draw attention to that part.

And dont forget, if your spray painting, make sure your in a well ventilated place. I suggest painting outside your house and I suggest to use a gas mask to get the fumes away from your nose and mouth.
I think a good color scheme for a leoblaze would be White and red just like the ltd blade liger.

Primer, the one thing the store I bought my cans at was all out of. I havent primed any of the models I've painted, and they seem to look pretty good, but I used flat colors. The only thing is since I didnt use it, the colors are a little different, but they turned out nice. I'll post pics of the first one, the second one I'm still working on, I'll make a new topic to show everybody.
But you should check out Pheno's tips, it helped with a couple things I wouldnt have thought of, and it stopped me from ruining my models.

Gas mask? lol, thats way too much. Bathroom with a vent/fan will do fine, testors cans are tiny, *looks at GW pringles size cans* so not too much fumes. Or you can spray a batch, let em dry/vent, then next one, etc etc
