u have avatar lol, the doggy. other than that, make it 100x100 or smaller, load up in (www.photobucket.com) or some other place and put URL of image in the line for it. Done

Well I found an avatar of a blade liger on a website( he says feel free to use them) and I'm not sure how to get it on this site. (I know I have a doggy one but thats one that pheno gave the members to use. I want to try and get a zoid one.)

Save it, and then upload it somewhere...like the photobucket site mentioned.
If you're not sure how to save, right click and save image as or the like should do it (well, assuming you're using Windows).
