Today while assembling my Tomy Geno Breaker I noticed its motor is much faster than my Hasbro one. I didn't give it much thought when I built my Geno Saurer a few weeks back, but the Saurer's seems to be identical to the Tomy Breaker's.
Anyone else notice this with their Hasbro Breaker, or has mine simply got a slightly out of whack motor? It seems to perform fine, its just slower.

Well, by my expierience, Hasbro motors usually are slower for me, though not by a long shot. It would make sense that geno Saurer has the same motor as the breaker, considering that the breaker is simply a modified geno breaker armor and equipment, the base parts, and the legs and arms are exactly the same, I believe.

Don't quote me on this..but I think that Hasbro Slowed the breakers motor down b/c it was way to fast. My tomy breaker often makes clicking sounds like the motor is straining it'self by carring too much weight.

Hmm... So it's a safety precaution.
I hate what safety precautions have done to zoids!

I dont like where they put the geno breaker's switch. Once you turn it on, you grab it to hold it still while you attempt to avoid getting pinched by a leg gear while turning it off. Then, your holding hand is pinched.

I notice that my Hasbro Geno Breaker speeds up a bit when you take off the huge backpack. Try testing them all without the backpack?

My Tomy one dances and occasionally clicks. Without the backpack, it walks just fine, although in a somewhat circular path. My Holo-Geno walks nicely as well. I don't have a Hasbro Breaker to compare, though.

Yeah, I stripped the Hasbro one down to a Geno Saurer (and lemme tell you a pack of those things trotting across the table is an awesome sight) and its just as slow. Just a slower motor I guess... so basically my Tomy Breaker became *my* Breaker and the Hasbro one has been decommissioned and awaits customization... probably keep it as a Geno Saurer, just put a new paint job on it. Or I might try a Geno Saurer RS... I dunno yet.

It could also be a dying battery. I noticed my Gojulas Giga slowed down a lot when its batteries were dying. Dang, that thing is a battery sucker. That or it's because I have it on so much due to the mesmerizing movement...
