I was putting together my new Bladey last night, and one of the parts was an excessively tight fit. I did some shaving with my exacto, which turned out well, except...now the part is much too LOOSE of a fit. Any suggestions? Putty? A dab of glue and some sanding? This is a moving part if that makes any difference. Specifically, the joint where the blade attaches to the body. While I'm on the subject, yesterday was moving day for a lot of my zoids, and my LZ took a dive off his new shelf. He exploded on impact. I was happy to see there was no damage, until I noticed one of the pegs for the head snapped off, but cleanly and flush with the surface. To my way of thinking, that makes the problem worse. Will a tiny dab of model cement be enough, or is that peg going to break off in the hole if I ever need to dissasemble the head? HELP! edit: !@#$%#&!!! typos!

Firstly, Sand with Sandpaper, dont file with an Exacto Knife, it is hardly an instrument for that purpose.
Second, with a Stove Burner, Lighter or Sautering Gun melt just the base of the peg SLIGHTLY, you only want the bottom barely melted enough you can fuse it back to the base, tape it on till the Plastic hardens, usually a day would help, stronger the Model Cement but difficult to get right.

I wouldn't sand anything I wasn't planning to paint, myself...
I had the same problem with my Geno Breaker...darn claw arms wouldn't move, so I widened the holes a bit, and now they're a bit too loose.
With my Koenig Wolf, the CP connector thing I cut down to size was a bit loose on one side, so I wedged a bit of a rubber cap sprue thing cut down to a fine strip around it, and it worked just fine.

I like the stove idea!
But my liger zero likes to dive off his shelf too..... alot actully. He like to fall off and explode into a million little peices and for me to glue his tail back together...
Glued that puppy so many times the paint starting to tuen white.... ;D ;D

Melting. Never thought of that. My bister eagle's feather peg broke in box, so that got me ticked off, I dont use either feather now, because krazy glue wouldnt get the peg back on, it looked like it was cut to a really sharp angle, to sharp, because it just moves around and breaks with glue.

Melt both ends just a bit then tape it on just enough to make it remain stable while the Plastic hardens.
