I am curious about these zoids. According to Hobby Link Japan, the human figures require glue and paint. Is this true? It does not look like it, but I want to make sure nonetheless. Also, are the Wave reissues limited edition?

You get two figures, a re-issue of the old 1/24 snap together one and a 1/20 scale one that requires glue.

And they aren't limited editions, as far as I know. There was a Toys Dream Project Limited Edition Deathpion, but it has now been released by Wave.

Actually, the snap together figure is already preassembled and painted with the reissues, just to clarify. This does not apply to the Dream Project resissue Deathpion as it only comes with the prepainted 1/24 and not the 1/20 glue/paint one. The Wave reissues (Gorem, Roadskipper, Deathpion and Shotwalker) have both types of pilot. The only instance of a 1/24 scale pilot having to be snapped together as well as painted is with the Zevle line. The bonus with the Zevle line is that you get two pilots with each kit. You get two figures, a re-issue of the old 1/24 snap together one and a 1/20 scale one that requires glue.
