Overall, Supernova seems to have great reviews, especially their Muras. The only thing with the Mura line is the manes can kinda be a pain in the backside to build, especially if you have large hands. Odd little angles and trying to slot parts around other parts. I've only built the Hayate so far, which seems to be voted the biggest annoyance, but they seem pretty solid, and as alternatives to the motorized Genesis kits, they honestly look fantastic. The build didn't give me a whole lot of trouble, either. If you want a 1/72 Mura series that looks closer to the athleticism of the show Muras, there's honestly probably never going to be a better alternative.

Does anyone know if these kits are officially licensed by Tomy or are they bootleg kits?

They're bootlegs from a company called Supernova, which tends to release their Zoids bootlegs as modified versions. For example, their Death Stinger is way larger than the official HMM and almost double the number of parts. Their Fury and Tyrann use some redesigned armor. In the case of the Mura line, they're bootlegs of Kotobukiya's 1/100 scale Zoids Aggressive action figure series, upscaled to 1/72 with some re-engineering done to make them more functional as model kits (with some very tiny design changes here and there.) None of the SN / ZA* are officially licensed.
(* They started with ZA bootlegs and just kinda ran with the ZA name, labeling some of their other kits as ZA, even if they were never part of Koto's ZA series.)
