Kotobukiya teased a Third Air Stand River Battle event at the end of this video. It’s going to take place in February 2023. I’m surprised they are skipping this year and I’m surprised they are not doing a physical Third Stand River Battle. youtu.be/EzBm3GgtYlA

Interesting... nice comparison shots between HMM and TT.

I submitted my HMM Zillon repaint to this, under my Youtube username. Just got an e-mail today confirming that the submission has been accepted, apparently individually written by someone at Kotobukiya. Unfortunately the person didn't give their name, but they specifically commented on the Zillon and that they were familiar with this version from promotional pictures that were circulated in Japan around 1999. Pretty awesome.

Honestly, I kind of wish I had known about all this earlier and done something new, maybe something bigger. But still, yeah, it's pretty awesome.

I've been working on a big bat custom Zoid, but I'm not going to finish it by Stand River. I might instead just prioritize a paint job for a different model, like my Sturm Tyrann. Submissions are due March 5th.

They better show the colored sample of the Gilraptor, cause I’m getting tired of waiting.

They better show the colored sample of the Gilraptor, cause I’m getting tired of waiting. No dice. I'm starting to wonder if the entire HMM ZW line has been canned. The Guysack protoype looks promising, though, and the announcement of the HMM Salamander at the end certainly gives me the warm fuzzies.
