Meh. Looks like it's entirely a repackage of a bunch of parts that already exist, i.e. a Wild Liger with the Cannonbull's missile launcher and a bunch of parts from the weapon sets...
I'm getting a bit concerned about the lack of new designs, tbqh. The CD weapons for the Xeno Rex and the Burning Liger are all well and good and this is also better than nothing, but it looks like ZW is slowing down quite a bit.

I've seen several pics of this kong with and without armor, but have no idea if it is a brilliant custom or a new HMM kit. I'm very curious where it comes from, too!

It's a custom, unfortunately. A very good one!
RE: A repackage of a bunch of parts, in their defense, it's Lt. Diaz' custom Wild Liger from the show. So, I'm sure there's a market for it. Especially judging from the sheer volume of customs people have made of that specific liger. It seems in demand.
