Although not pictured, the Death Rex Purple Dragon Form was also mentioned at Stand River, said to be a store limited. I am not sure if this means Kotobukiya Direct or an Irasawa type deal, like Blade Liger Mirage and Fire Fox, who were limited to certain distributors' stores (iirc?) but were still available on sites like AmiAmi.
